“I ordered a letterplate that arrived very quickly, although one of the flaps had a scratch. Customer service responded at once and resolved the issue promptly and professionally, with both replacements sent out without delay. You can tell a good company by how it handles a problem, and Truly PVC showed their quality. Highly recommended.”

“Very fast shipping and everything was as described, allowing me to effect repair to my roof leak in good time. Unfoirtunately for me, the weather did not cooperate equally well and so I'm still waiting for a 'no-rain' space - perhaps this weekend. Anyway, to TrulyPVC, Many thanks and well done.”

“I have been looking for a window cill end cap, since moving into my new house 6 months ago. No one had what looked like the right shape or dimensions. I spent hours looking. I ended up sending Tony a photo with measurements. He replied straight away with a suggestion. It didnt look like it would fit (to me!). But it did! Many thanks Tony.”
