“In store experience what's very good, however product took a week to come and the screws were very poor qualit keep round off had to buy new screws.”

“I found what I required to repair my conservatory endcaps on Truly PVC's website. I saw the fitting video and decided to order the parts. I ordered online and the parts were delivered next day. I have used Truly PVC before for conservatory spare parts and found their service excellent.”

“Window handles purchased unfortunately turn a full 180 degrees when opening. This allows the internal window opening mechanism to come out of its runners. When this happens the handles and internal mechanism can't be returned to the locking position without breaking it. I sent a message to Truly PVC but did not get a reply from them. Disappointed, Alan Clark.”

“your serivce is perfect but your courier service is awful. We stil havent received the barrel, we received an email to say it had been delivered but it hasnt been delivered to us so no idea where it is.”

“Went on the net looking for “grey silicone” to make some repairs and came across products sold by TRULY PVC Ltd at a very attractive price so bought the last 22 tubes they had. They arrived next day so not only was the cost really helpful but so was the service. Well done guys 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻”

“Truly PVC have a great website that has a very good selection of products with an easy to find search system and good diagrams including measurements which is a great way of checking you have the right product. The emails keep me up to date on progress and the packaging is very good.”

“Great handles that are really well made, much cheaper than others and retrofit to our FSD doors really easily (neatly covering the wider screw holes of the now discontinued old and broken ones we had. Also, excellent and quick despatch and delivery. Thanks!”
