“You are good to deal with online, but your delivery service is absolute rubbish. The parcel has been with them over 48 hours and I still haven’t got it.”

We’re sorry to hear that you haven’t received your order. After reviewing the tracking information, we can confirm that the parcel was marked as delivered to the address provided on Monday 19th May at 18:17. The GPS data shows the driver was at your property at the time of delivery, and the parcel was recorded as being handed to a household member. If you were not personally available to accept the delivery, we kindly recommend checking with other members of your household or neighbours, as it may have been received on your behalf. It is also worth checking safe places around your property, as couriers may sometimes leave parcels in discreet locations. We have also sent the GPS delivery data and proof of delivery photo to your emails. If you still cannot locate the parcel, please contact us directly so we can assist further.

“Advert for cylinder lock stated 5 keys. I bought 2 similar locks but was sent only 6 keys in total. When I contacted Customer Service I was told that if 2 similar locks are bought only 6 keys are given, 3 for each. Ridiculous and very misleading advertisement. Only buy 1 and you will get 5 keys.”

Only buy 1 and you will get 5 keys.” I just wanted to clarify that the product listing does state: “Orion cylinders are supplied with 5 keys as standard, or 6 with a keyed-alike pair.” This means that when locks are ordered as a keyed-alike set (i.e., both locks operating on the same key), a total of 6 keys are provided—3 for each cylinder, all working with the same key profile. If there’s something on the listing you feel is unclear or misleading, I’d really appreciate it if you could point it out. We’re always looking to improve the way we present information, and your input would be very helpful. Looking forward to your reply so we can get this sorted for you.

“Excellent service, and delivered on time. Item is a Lead & Rubber Flexible Weather Slate × 1 Flat Roof (0-20°) this will be fitted over a 110mm soil pipe where it comes out of a flat felted roof. It came well packaged and as described, and with a little tweaking will do my job nicely. I use Screwfix, more for convenience than anything else, so it was refreshing to find a UK company Truly PVC Ltd from Manchester with competitive rates and not ripping people off like the aforementioned. In my case for a small delivery charge the item was shipped to Northern Ireland another good reason to consider these guys.”
