“Trulypvc supply and delivery pvc items. My initial over night delivery never arrived. A second repeat delivery for 24 parts was delivered yesterday, 10 days later, unfortunately 17 were missing and 7 were the incorrect. I have therefore paid for a few items that have not been ordered. You can make your own judgement, TRULY unprofessional.”

Please accept our sincere apologies for the none delivery, it would appear the courier has left us both down on this occasion, sorry. We have tried to contact you several times this week to try and resolve this with no response. Please can you send photographs therefore I can rectify this for you straight away. I need to investigate what went wrong so that you can make things right as quickly as possible for you.
