“Ordered on Sunday, was told it was being delivered on Friday but it didn’t come. Tried to call but customer service lines only open 1-3pm so I had to email. Got a response saying driver ran out of time and it will be delivered Monday. Had workmen waiting for it so this delay has cost money. Not happy at all”

We're sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this delay must have been, especially with workmen waiting. Unfortunately, the distribution centre advised that the driver ran out of time to complete deliveries that day due to traffic conditions, and we appreciate this caused inconvenience. We apologise for the disruption and appreciate your patience. If there's anything further we can do to help, please don't hesitate to contact us directly.
