“I was very happy with the quality and price of the items. Unfortunately, it was received with minor damage. When I contacted the company, they accepted my comments immediately and offered two alternative solutions: replacing the item or a discount as the item was still usable”

“Having recently bought 2 locks I had to return one due to a problem. I can't praise Truly enough in their prompt reply in dealing with the exchange and replacement, even refunding my postage. I would definitely use and recommend them again.”

“the easy ordering system, the information following order placement and the quality of the goods make this an excellent company to deal with. The only criticism i would make is in relation to collection orders. I placed my collection order on a friday morning. Having been advised to ring to check if order was ready, there is no number you can ring on a saturday morning to check. the earliest i could check was 1.00pm on Monday. This however did not prevent me giving a top score as everything else was perfect and would definitely order again.”

“Very disappointing customer service and arrogant salesperson, not empathetic or helpful. If they treat you like this before the sale, dont know how their after-sale service would be. I would suggest customer training required and finding the right fit of people to work in Sales.”
