“Purchased some trickle vents, Amazon lost them in delivery (was able to track items via email) contacted Truly PVC via email and customer service was excellent. They resent the order again and arrived as stated. Very happy and would happily order from them again”

“Follow up to my original 1 * rating this company have omitted in their follow up reply to say that they only wanted to send out the 12 replacements of faulty dry verges if I took down my 1* rating in exchange for the 12 replacement items of faulty goods so I reported them to the manufacturer and to trading standards”
