“I mistakenly ordered the wrong colour product, on a Friday evening. After e-mailing Customer Service they quickly changed the order to the correct colour the next morning, before the item was delivered. Excellent service all round and I would heartily recommend them.”

“Ordered some French door handles via Amazon on Monday quoted Thursday delivery arrived Tuesday wrong colour silver I ordered white.Sent email received reply very quickly asked for photos which I sent received reply very soon with apology and told that a replacement would be dispatched immediately with return postage and packaging for return of wrong handles arrived Thursday. Impressed with speed service even if started badly”

“Ordered several Conservatory UPVC polycarbonate end caps...they were perfect for the job. Ideal replacement for the old end caps. However, i also ordered the breathable tape to go onto the end of the polycarbonate panels. I found that the tape had almost lost its self-adhesive properties which made installation difficult. Items were delivered very quickly...despite the problems with the tape i would recommend Truly PVC.”

“Great website. Quick delivery and great materials. The only problem was that I have ordered the wrong cill caps and corner fittings for the type of cill covers ordered, my fault I know but maybe when the order is processed it could have been picked up maybe? Will use again thank you”

“Ordered easyverge dry verges 12 of them snapped on installation I contacted company who point blank refused to send return postage label as faulty goods the onus is on them to collect and refund”

Unfortunately, as the items were damaged during installation and there is no evidence of a fault with the product itself, we are not liable to cover the return postage. “I wanted some slimline handles for specific locations. The options were easy to understand and the order process was simple.
