“terrible delivery by Yodel who left my package of lead roll on the entrance to my drive the other side of my unlocked five bar wooden gate!!! I asked for there package to be left by the house or to neighbours not by the road where anyone could have stopped and picked up the Lead roll. Fortunately it wasn't stolen.”

“Knowledgeable staff helped me to choose the right products, including some parts for a conservatory roof that aren't available any more elsewhere but, Truly have them 3D printed. Arrived in a couple of days, excellent service, will use again in spite of having a more local eurocell supplier.”

“Never known anything like it, ordered Tuesday delivered Thursday . Says 3. to 5 days I think we have a new record . Delivery driver gave me box with that fittings in,I said thanks and he said I’ve got your skirting as well ,nearly fell off the doorstep. Can’t thank truly enough for such good service. Thank you will be back soon Roy Lambeth”

Hi, I am very sorry we were unable to deliver your desired products to Northern Ireland. We stock goods up to 6m long, including roofs, and it is not always viable to send over the water. “i bought three K2 brackets from this firm. Couldn't find them any where else The web page was so informative ,describing exactly how to fit the brackets etc. The phone conversation was very helpfull also. The brackets arrived the following day as promised. Well done Truly PVC. MANY THANKS”

“Very poor customer service. Ordered products on a 3-5 working day lead time, chased delivery up to be told the stock is due into them 11/9 and will be delivered 12/9. The products did not arrive on 12/9, contacted customer services to be told delivery would now be 19/9.”

“I bought a cylinder lock which came the wrong size, they advised me to buy another of the correct size and return the wrong lock for a full refund. I did only to get a message to say they could not send a refund as the keys were missing. This was rubbish as I never removed the keys from the box, just the cylinder lock to check against the one I was replacing. Once checked I returned to the box, I messaged them and they wanted a photo against a tape, so I removed the cylinder once more replacing it back into the box. At no point did I remove the keys from the box. However they said they could not refund, therefore they were either l not telling the truth or there was no keys in the box! Personally I do not trust them and would advise no one to use them, they have cost me for two locks and only one I have been able to use. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!”

“I needed some skirting to cover over fixings and brackets in a utility room with a loo cubicle. I was also fitting some "softfloor" and needed the skirting to fit snug onto the flooring and compensating for a little unevenness in the floor sub surface. The skirting has a rubber flexible seal along the bottom, and I was able to trim away some of the plastic back of the skirting to fit over the brackets where they stood a little proud. The skirting matches the cubicle, flooring and fitted perfectly! Just a point about the corner brackets, they need fitting in a certain way, which I would describe as left to right. Thankfully I tried them dry before gluing otherwise I would have fitted them on the wrong piece of skirting. Fabulous material to work with and a superb finish”

I was promised next day delivery , and this never happened 4 days in and still no delivery and been called a liar by a customer service representative even though the notes on their system quite clearly state that I was promised next day delivery (confirmed over the phone by another customer service representative)”
