“Truly PVC were very good. They supplied my order on time. However, the 3 Star Yale barrel lock I purchased is hopeless. It is difficult to get the key in and out once you do get it in. Looking at the Yale site it would appear that I am not the only one to have this difficulty. I thought I would give it time as it might improve. But no, I have put the old lock back on as my wife just cannot use the new one. I bought this lock because it was a Yale who used to have a good reputation but not anymore. I put a smith and Locke one on my front door and it works perfectly.”

“I was looking for a new lock for my front door. (Yale) I had been into my local B&Q. They were really expensive. I looked for the lock on the Internet and found a similar one through the company, Truly PVC, I was really happy when I realised I was getting 2 locks for the price of one in B&Q. They are not carded Yale but they have Yale on the key and on the barrel lock. For door security Truly PVC are well worth a look.”

“I ordered replacement 5* cylinder locks for our patio doors. Arrived quite quickly and well packed. Sadly they aren’t exactly correct but I assume due to my measurements as I think they supplied what I requested.”

“There was only 3 keys in the double set of 35/35 locks. In the photo it shows there are 6. Not happy. But had to fit the locks”

These keyed-alike pairs are supplied with 6 keys in total (3 per cylinder), so there should have been 6 keys included. It sounds like something may not be right here. “I found this company whilst looking at products on ebay. To my surprise they were literally 20/25 mins away from me. It worked in my favour, as I'd rather deal face to face and wanted to view 2 products. Customer service is second to none, you really get a sense of belonging when entering the Customer sales area. Whilst dealing with a sales representative, I even had polite discussion coming from the sales office. Embarrassingly, I made a mistake with my sizes when purchasing a window cill overlay. I figured I'd have to take a hit and purchase another one, but the sales manager just said to return it for a replacement. I was absolutely made up, and wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again, and indeed to recommend them.”
