“The customer service from start to finish was first class. Catherine and David were so helpful, professional and friendly, no question was ever a bother for them to answer. The quality of the beam itself is fab. It’s the Rustic Oak Beam Aged, it’s a beautiful piece of wood. I would also say that the price I paid is definitely value for money. I would recommend this company to anyone. It’s refreshing to have first class quality goods and service from any company these days. The team at Traditional Beams definitely value their customers and customer satisfaction. All the best to all the team for continued success.”

“I would recommend Traditional Beams to anyone wanting shelves or mantels! I placed my mantel order not long before Christmas and they worked so hard to get it made and sent before they finished for the festive break. The floating mantel came with all fixings and was a doddle to install. Communication with the company was excellent too, personally written super fast replies to my emails.
