“Very happy with my beam and when I made a mistake when I ordered online ithe member of staff on the phone was very helpful in sorting it for me. Yeh only thing I feel could of been better was there were no institutions or fitting advice/ tips in the box”

“Beautiful piece of wood, which looks stunning in my living room. Just a bit awkward to fix to the wall as the fixings/holes etc were not exactly perfect”

“I am very happy with my mantle shelf but the fitting instructions were very difficult to understand even for my son-in-law who is very practical. We had to resort to Google.”

“Good correspondence. Good illustrations on web site and tips to ensure the right product chosen. Took a bit longer to arrive than I thought but wood nice quality and looks as good as I’d hoped.”

“Delivered on time,good condition, exact colour I wanted, however I made mistake in the ordering, I needed a beam to go over my stove thinking all I had to do was give the length, and forgot about the width, so I received a feature instead of a mantle piece, I did not open it up until the stove was in place then realised the mistake. Not your fault I'm just trying to work out how we can use the peice I received.”

“So happy with my mantle fascia …… unfortunately due to a slight delay in production the item was delivered the day we went away on holiday - no-one was home & so the item was taken to a local post office. This has resulted in it not yet having been fitted as the workman on site could not collect on my behalf ….. he has since finished the remainder of the work required & will have to come back to fit it at a later date.”

“Lovely shelf for basin for bathroom which is really well made and good quality and looks great. Only issue is the brackets are quite ugly so options maybe good as cheapens the loom”
