“Ordered 2 floating shelves which arrived well packaged and no problem with the product. No installation instructions were included although I have the knowledge to fit them. The problem is securing the shelves to the bracket. There is no way to stop the shelf sliding back off the wall bracket so could easily fall during cleaning or if a child was to pull on the shelf.”

“Didn’t get on too well with these as we used the wrong sized drill bits (drilling into plasterboard with brick behind) - and had to pay a builder to sort it out. Make sure you read instructions carefully otherwise you will end up with two big holes in the wall !”

“Lovely mantle piece with good instructions for installation. Unfortunately we were sent the wrong brackets which meant the beam didn't sit flush to the wall. This was very quickly resolved though and now it's perfect!”

“Bought 2 different sizes of the rustic oak shelves. Both were supplied in the time frame quoted. Fixing kits and shelves are good quality and look great now they are install.”

“We are really pleased with the oak beam we we purchased to go over our fireplace which houses a log burner. I found the company easy to deal with and very helpful when it came to the positioning of the drill holes at the back of the beam as we have a hard stone wall and I wanted to ensure they lined up with the stone rather than the lime mortar gaps beween the stones. The beam arrived when agreed. It was well-packed and very easy to fit (provided you have a good drill for hard stone) and easy to get exactly. level. It looks great!”

“I ordered some shelves from this company, they arrived quickly and were amazing quality but when I took them out, I realised I had ordered the wrong size. I phoned and they were so nice and friendly and said I could exchange for the right size no problem. It was a really easy process and quickly sorted. I will definitely order from them again.”

“I am absolutely Over the Moon with my Oak Aged Beam in Light Finish. I had so many questions and customer service (Catherine) was fantastic and went above and beyond. The quality of the Beam, the Finish and Colour is excellent (Thank You to your Team) A+++ Delivery Guy was on time and called 10 mins before and brought into house as was heavy and well packaged. Excellent from start to finish and would definetly use again.”
