“I purchased two Danish oil Oak window fascias which look beautiful in my kitchen over the windows. One over the window and a longer one over the patio doors. Really adds character to my kitchen. Very pleased with them. Easy to erect. Fittings included. Definitely recommend. Great quality for the price.”

“Fantastic beam and service!! Catherine and Carly were so helpful in making my decision on colour. Went for the reclaimed oak beam in a Rugged Brown which was perfect match to my internal beams-sent a few photos to the team and they suggested this would be best colour match and they were right!!! Beautiful beam-very authentic looking for our 400 year old house. Great communication -definitely recommend them.”

“Ordered 2 floating shelves which arrived well packaged and no problem with the product. No installation instructions were included although I have the knowledge to fit them. The problem is securing the shelves to the bracket. There is no way to stop the shelf sliding back off the wall bracket so could easily fall during cleaning or if a child was to pull on the shelf.”

Hi Graham, Thank you for your feedback, and we're pleased to hear that your shelves arrived well packaged and that you were happy with the product. We are a paperless company and provide our installation instructions via PDF in the dispatch email. Regarding securing the shelf to the bracket, the final step of the instructions explains that you can use grab adhesive to secure the shelf if you wish. This is entirely optional and is intended to provide additional peace of mind rather than being a requirement. When the shelf is installed correctly, it shouldn't come off the bracket during normal use. To be removed, the shelf would need to slide the full length of the 120 mm fixing before it could come away from the wall, making accidental removal very unlikely. If you would prefer a permanent fixing, a small amount of grab adhesive can be applied during installation to prevent the shelf from sliding off altogether. If you ever need any guidance or support with installation, please don't hesitate to contact us directly. We'll always be happy to help and answer any questions you may have. I hope this helps.

“Didn’t get on too well with these as we used the wrong sized drill bits (drilling into plasterboard with brick behind) - and had to pay a builder to sort it out. Make sure you read instructions carefully otherwise you will end up with two big holes in the wall !”

“Lovely mantle piece with good instructions for installation. Unfortunately we were sent the wrong brackets which meant the beam didn't sit flush to the wall. This was very quickly resolved though and now it's perfect!”
