“At the point of ordering I wanted a bespoke size, the customer service was first class nothing was too much trouble. I was kept informed throughout the delivery process, when my beam arrived the quality was beyond my expectations. We immediately fitted the beam over the fireplace and it looks amazing, unlike other products this looks really natural. We will definitely be ordering again from Traditional Beams in the future.”

“We purchased one of the traditional beams for our holiday let. The fire place looked fine with just the opening, but felt it was unfinished. The web site was very user friendly, and made it easy to know what we thought would look right. The beam was well wrapped and delivered on time with email updates being given on the progress. As soon as I had unwrapped it, I was very excited to put it up using the very good fittings. I fully recommend the beam and Traditional beams. I wish I had another fire place.”

“Very happy with my beam and when I made a mistake when I ordered online ithe member of staff on the phone was very helpful in sorting it for me. Yeh only thing I feel could of been better was there were no institutions or fitting advice/ tips in the box”

“Excellent service and quality and when dealing with customer service they were prompt in responding and very helpful, the o ly thing I would say is the colour chart can be a bit deceiving as I love my beam but it’s darker than I really wanted.”
