“We are really pleased with the oak beam we we purchased to go over our fireplace which houses a log burner. I found the company easy to deal with and very helpful when it came to the positioning of the drill holes at the back of the beam as we have a hard stone wall and I wanted to ensure they lined up with the stone rather than the lime mortar gaps beween the stones. The beam arrived when agreed. It was well-packed and very easy to fit (provided you have a good drill for hard stone) and easy to get exactly. level. It looks great!”

“I ordered some shelves from this company, they arrived quickly and were amazing quality but when I took them out, I realised I had ordered the wrong size. I phoned and they were so nice and friendly and said I could exchange for the right size no problem. It was a really easy process and quickly sorted. I will definitely order from them again.”

“We ordered a mantel beam. It arrived within about 10 days of order and was exactly as specified. It included fixings and was very easy to install. Looks great. Would definitely recomment Traditional Beams to other people.”

“I am absolutely Over the Moon with my Oak Aged Beam in Light Finish. I had so many questions and customer service (Catherine) was fantastic and went above and beyond. The quality of the Beam, the Finish and Colour is excellent (Thank You to your Team) A+++ Delivery Guy was on time and called 10 mins before and brought into house as was heavy and well packaged. Excellent from start to finish and would definetly use again.”

“I ordered 2 oak shelves with brackets , I was so impressed with the quality and the finish that I ordered another one straight away. The oak is such high quality, it looks fabulous. I have just had laid 300 wide oak flooring and the shelves match perfectly. Delivery tracking is excellent and arived very well packed. Would definitely buy from this company again.”

“Piece of wood and supports were as advertised but I thought the staining of the wood was poor and I've rubbed it down and done it again myself.”
