“Delivered on time in full. Only minor issue is one of the beams is warped so looks a little crooked.”

“The blocks arrived on the correct day and were dry and well covered. We didn't receive a call prior to arrival but that wasn't an issue for us. The driver was very pleasant and placed the bag exactly where we asked which was a huge help. The blocks are small which we knew and was an advantage to us as being older we can carry whatever weight of blocks that suits us. We transferred them into boxes and are storing them in the garage until the winter time so haven't burnt them as yet. We were kept well informed by the company regarding the ordering process and could choose a delivery date. All in all a good purchase at a reasonable price.”

“I got 3 shelves in dark walnut. OMG they are stunning!!!! Smell so good of strong wood as it's handmade they not identical. Not to pricey either.”

“So impressed with my shelves, they are fantastic quality, very very heavy and strong and came with enough brackets to support the extra king shelf i had ordered. They look amazing and we're easy enough to put up (although very heavy to lift by myself lol). Would definitely recommend. Great value aswell.”

“Ordering process was straightforward with a great choice of finishes and sizes. Delivery date was around a week later than expected due to a machinery breakdown, however, it was definitley worth the wait! Staff were very helpful when we had reason to phone them. The product itself is beautifully finished and the fitting system worked perfectly. Overall we're extremely pleased with end result. More than happy to recommend Traditional Beams.”
