“We recently purchased a beam for our fireplace from traditional beams and I could not be more pleased with the quality. The beam looks exactly as pictured and described, we received regular emails updating us on the progress of our order and was delivered in a timely fashion. I would recommend this company.”

“Delivery period was longer than expected but explaination was given on request. Received item was slightly different from previous (identical) orders. but accepted due to isolated fixing location.”

“Excellent customer service and a really great product. We needed our beam to be delivered to meet our installer's timescales, and despite a busy period, Traditional Beams delivered when we needed. They were always available on the 'phone and email to answer any queries. The beam looks fantastic. A beautiful piece of wood very well finished.”

“Brilliant service. I ordered a beam that did not come with fittings, my error. However, when I rang up to arrange for the fittings to be delivered they were so helpful and the fittings arrived by courier next day, and I live in a remote part of Wales. S Roberts”
