Hi, Im glad I can leave the Feedback for your service. Quick delivery but of what?Tray was broken and looks to me like was returned to you for the same reason but you still try to sale It to me again.So in overall you waste my time and my workers as I need wait for new one.I think you need to check your stock workers as it's looks like they don't care what they sending to customers unless if they have a permission from HO. Bad experience so far. Best regards

I bought a trade ex wetroom tray and classic grate. I was told this was for tiles. The waste is for vinyl floors. The tile adapter needed is not supplied. I have a useless product that has cost me a lot of money.

The service and speed of delivery was absolutely excellent. So why did we give it a terrible report? Very simple; it all come down to the delivery driver. He woke us up at 7am! His manner was a disgrace, when asked why he was delivering to a private house so early, there was no apology, just rude and off hand. His response was simple, “You don’t want the delivery I’ll take it away then.” At which point he turned and began walking away. My wife was so concerned thinking I was going to be attacked she called to shut the door quickly. It does not matter how low the price is or how quick the service is I would not consider placing an order with this company again. I did email comment and complaint to then but I had no response.

Despite phoning and being re-assured my delivery would be next-day, it took 2 weeks, and they ignored emails to chase.

The builder sent me the wrong link to order the wet room tray. The builder turns up to install the tray slightly after he 28 day returns policy, but the tray is the wrong one Trade Wetrooms refuse any returns after the 28 day period, which I think is a little harsh, even after I suggested not giving a full refund. Computer says no and I now have a £400 wet room tray in my house, of no use to me!!

I went with trade wet rooms for price next day delivery and mostly reviews I had to call two days after order only then received shipment no that I couldn't track was told Friday delivery took day off work phoned at 4pm told delivery upto 6pm it never arrived tried contacting no one answered totally not impressed I know humanly things go wrong but that's why telephones were invented to communicate sorry for the rant but truly this has ruined my weekend not being able to finish the job

Spent 1 and a half days in total waiting for delivery. No shipment notification, when called they insisted it was sent by their suppliers (evidently this sounds like they are box shifters) even though there system showed as order processing and were unable to supply a shipment tracking number. Waited in until 7pm as the chap on the 2nd call still insisted it was sent. 3 days later was told "There was a computer error" and that it would be shipped for next day. Told I would received a Text giving an hour slot. Didn't receive one. This company gave me the impression they were making up as they go. Eventually received item. Mistakenly I thought they were better on price, but either way will never use again. Will wait in future for usual supplier to have in stock. This company gave me the impression I was lied to and could have handled the delivery much better by simply giving a tracking number to prove shipment and their delivery company a text notification as they claimed the would.

twice i ordered and payed for a wet room shower tray and both times the order was cancelled by yourselves and money refunded with no explanation . have bought from elsewhere now.

The 900 x 1200 'offset' description of the wet room kit wasn't clearly described due to which I had to send back the order when i received it. The offset was on the 900 side and was not a lot. The delivery wasn't a great experience either with several phone calls from the driver and myself back & forth, and even before i could actually discuss with the cust service they mumbled a few illegible words and they were off! While the customer service adviser advised me that entire payment minus the delivery (£7) will be refunded... The actual reimbursement was £28 less. This is completely unacceptable.. Beware of these guys!

Seriously unimpressed with this service. Ordered on Monday and was told I'd receive the delivery in Tuesday, it eventually turned up late Thursday afternoon. Would not recommend using this company.

Very disappointed. I order the 'wetroom tray kit' as shown on your website and as outlined in the wording. Having paid the amount I was then informed by phone that I had only ordered the tray. When I pointed out to the customer representative that the picture shown on the website shows the full kit with the price shown beside it, the wording in the description says it includes the full kit he conceded the website was totally misleading but I would have to pay £ 44.00 plus VAT for the drain kit. As I had already paid for the tray and was in a hurry to get it fitted I had to buy it. Just wish I had gone elsewhere at the outset. Dennis Evans.

Ok so if I hadn't got the order wrong to start with I would have been delighted, however, I ordered a wetroom tray online on the Monday and on Tuesday morning realised I had ordered the wrong size. I phoned Trade Wetrooms and they apologised that they were so efficient but the one I ordered had already been dispatched but they could send out another and arrange for collection of the wrong one at the same time (for a fee). Great, I was disappointed at the fee but totally understood and it had been my stupidity to start with. The new tray would, I was assured be dispatched that day (Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday) Great, only one days delay. On the Wednesday I arranged for someone to be at the delivery address to accept delivery but around lunchtime got a phone call from TW saying sorry but dispatch had been delayed but I would get it on Thursday. Stand down delivery receiver and wait for Thursday. Arrange for someone to be on site to receive tray and phoned TW to see if they could give a rough idea about time of delivery. No problem they said, we'll phone you back in a couple of minutes. Two hours went by. I phoned again. Oh sorry we'll get back to you in a minute. This was repeated a few times over the next couple of hours after which I spoke to someone who told me the delivery wouldn't be happening today but they had arranged for delivery before 10am on Friday. Stand down goods receiver for another day and arrange for them to be on site Friday morning. Friday morning 10.45am. Phone call to TW (again), "We'll phone you back in 2 minutes". I'm glad I didn't believe them. Eventually after several more phone calls trying to find someone who was in the least bit interested we got a call from the courier who eventually delivered that afternoon but of course he had no instruction to pick up the original tray so I then had to arrange for someone to be available the following Monday after getting an email from TW to say that the tray would be picked up sometime during the day. I haven't had the heart to look at the product yet..... I suggest if you want anything like customer service, you don't use this company.

This has now been passed on to management to get the problem resolved. As to the customer service we understand that you feel frustrated that you were not called back when promised and this issue will be dealt with. Most of the time our customer service team are waiting for answers back from couriers etc before they do call back to keep you informed so as not to bombard you with further calls with no update, but we do understand your frustration and can only apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you. I was promised my order would arrive last Friday. I phoned today and the person I spoke to had no idea why I had not received my order. She said she would phone me back... I am still waiting. Very poor. I am unlikely to ever order from you again.

Goods were supposed to be delivered Thursday 4th of June. Unfortunately they did not arrive, having queried none delivery on Friday none delivery i was told it would be delivered today 8th of June. i was told i would get a ring back last Friday explaining what had happened, no call received. i've called twice today and still have not had a call back
