“AVOID! Horrible experience and item NEVER delivered. Outrageous. I ordered an Impey aqua dec on Saturday and paid extra for 1-2 day delivery to ensure it will be supplied on time. I called on Tuesday and was told it would be delivered either Tuesday or Wednesday and they didn’t give me any estimated time. Called Wednesday again and they told me it’s with the driver and will be delivered by 6:15pm! I waited until 6:30pm and nobody ever showed up or contacted. I called again on Thursday morning and after many calls back and forth I was told they don’t know where my order is! They said they will have to dispatch another item, about which I’m highly sceptical, and they said it would be delivered before lunch time on Friday. Many calls and emails again on Friday but my order NEVER arrived. This is OUTRAGEOUS. Let’s see if I can at least have my money back. Avoid this company and order elsewhere if you don’t want a massive headache, time and money wasted.”

“Tim Ford - “ Managing Director” - sent me a note asking me to write a review following a purchase from Trade Wetrooms. All I can tell him is the service is appalling! Once they take your money there is ZERO communication- not even courier details (e.g. tracking number). When you follow up with the customer service team you are spun a load of lies!! If you choose this company for speed of delivery and are happy to pay for 1-2 business day delivery be prepared to be disappointed. Total joke of a company but then aren’t all these companies- no doubt they will blame Covid / Brexit / HGV driver shortage as a reason but if that is the case a) don’t offer an expedited service b) refund cost if unable to honour the timeframe”

“I ordered three items for next day delivery. Hired the plumbers for the day after. Only one of the three items was delivered (a day later than expected). It turns out that someone made the idiotic decision to split delivery (even though it was also confirmed on the phone and a ‘note added to the file’. Had to turn the plumbers away, but pay them for their time waiting. So a Thursday delivery has now turned into next Tuesday (we think and hope). Have had to put off the plumbers again. It’s delayed our project by a week, which is very disappointing. Hopefully the products are better than the delivery!”

“Not happy with the service, I am a house renovation company, I ordered a 1 metre square jackaboard shower tray and waste on the 16th, reply back order complete 13.53, it said 1 to 2 working days delivery, I called on the 21st around 09.00 when was it coming they said they would look into it no one called at 17.00 I called again “it is being loaded for the 22nd we will send a tracking number in the morning”, it’s 21.30 now and no tracking number and no delivery I’ve paid £26.40 for delivery, I’m not impressed with this service”

“ordered a shower tray and waterproofing kit on Friday, Expected a small delay because of the weekend, its now Thursday Water proofing kit has arrived but still no shower tray. Apparently its the couriers fault and I still dont know when the tray will arrive. Next day delivery is debateable !!!”

“I placed the order for a tough X shower tray, waste and water proofing kit on WEDNESDAY morning. I paid for NEXT DAY delivery. I'm writing this on SATURDAY evening. My order is still NOT HERE. I had to call the company for two days before anyone picked up. All they could say was that they were having trouble with the courier and would refund the postage difference. Still waiting for refund as well as the goods. If they know there is a problem with the courier why offer next day delivery. So far NOT GREAT”

“Appalling customer service ,ordered almost 700£ worth of equipment, told that it would be delivered within 48 hours last Wednesday,then after numerous calls and waiting for a return call was sent an email saying that it would not be received until Monday or possibly Tuesday.I have a plumber that is waiting to fit this kit ,and I am paying him for his time , Not a good way to treat customers in the present climate.”
