Ordering was simple and the pricing was competitive. Delivery was shocking, I had no idea when the delivery was coming, it got delivered but I didn’t know where it was delivered to as the delivery driver left no note and I wasn’t at home. Turns out the driver left it round the back of my property and in sight of anyone that could potentially steal it. Especially with how much we paid for this product, very disappointing. Luckily our neighbour moved it out of sight for us. Opening the parcels we were greeted with a damaged product (as attached) and missing internal corners. Very very dissatisfied.

Every time border online always missing items on delivery and no point in paying for the quicker delivery as it just comes when it comes

Promise next day delivery if ordered before 12 but didn't happen! It took 4 days in total.

Delivery was attempted at 7.45am despite being in they didn’t use the door knocker (would have heard it ) pushed a note through the door and left. Rang Trade Wetrooms at 9 am and was told I had to pay a further £36 for the re delivery as the supplier would not come back.

Ordered tray and kit on a tuesday with 1-2 day delivery. The tanking kit and linear waste turned up on the Thursday. But the tray didn’t show up till the following Monday. Producers are good and Trade Wetroom sent all products out straight away but the courier held the tray at their depot for 6days for some reason before delivering it.

I placed an order on the 8th June 2023, and received the following items - Jointing tape on the 9th June - 2 Internal cornes on the 15th June - Still to receive the 5m2 Impey Waterguard So much for 1 day delivery When & if the Impey Waterguard arrives I will be returning all the items for a full refund, as I advised you by email at 12:35 on the 9th June that I would be cancelling the order

Having received an email detailing my order number, delivery date (no time schedule) for all items purchased, not all of my order arrived. I telephoned Trade Wetrooms explaining the situation to be informed that the missing part of my order was not available but should be available soon. Not great putting everything on hold waiting for a day!

Received an email to advise delivery date, quickly followed by a 2nd email to advise if the delivery failed then I would be charged £60 - I emailed customer services to ask if they had a delivery time window (no response) - waited in all day and phoned customer services to be told that the delivery wasn't going out that day - they would then re-arrange. Delivery came two days later with 2 out of 4 panels damaged. Phoned Customer services and sent photos - said they would come back to me - hadn't come back to me so chased again and they said they would chase warehouse and phone me back. Didn't phone back just sent an email with a new delivery date (again, no delivery time window). Your customer services is appalling and wouldn't use again.

We placed an order for postformed Nuance board on Tuesday for a Thursday delivery, Wednesday an email came through saying that our order wasn't in stock. We phoned, changed our order for Nuanceboard that was in stock but couldn't have delivery until Friday. We then received another email saying delivery would be Tuesday the following week. We had tradesmen booked in twice and had to cancel. 1. it would be good to know stock when ordering. 2. A phone call would be better received. Still awaiting delivery

We've been asked to write a review when half the goods have not been delivered, so it is not going to be very good. We placed one order, had a tanking kit delivered one day, and then a box with 2 x linear drains the next day, and still no shower bases (the most important part).

Good price but item arrived damaged. Delivery driver gave no notice of delivery. Shower panels were left standing on end, which is against manufacturer guidelines

First order after changing supplier still waiting for goods to arrive was booked on a 1-2 working day delivery but failed to arrive on 2nd day contacted company who said they would contact courier , as they failed to respond to a couple of emails as they have no contact number, but nobody called us back Appreciate problems are mainly with couriers but I did not purchase from the couriers Dream Bathrooms

I put in my postcode to receive a delivery quote, which was given at £39. I paid and was informed that I would have to pay an additional £60 to receive my delivery.

Didn’t receive drain until a week after due date so had to cancel plumber so the next day delivery doesn’t really mean anything

My order went through but then had one back saying items were out of stock so phone and told they could be weeks ! So l canceled order and agreed full refund ,lady very polite. 4 days later still waiting for refund and now weekend so hoping it will be with me Monday. Lesson is don’t assume products are in stock and l think refunds should be handled immediately because it was a considerable amount of money

I received nothing to say when my order will be delivered it’s ridiculous. Getting in contact with Trade Wetrooms is almost impossible. I’m still waiting for my order so can’t comment on the product so far not happy.

It turns out that this company has a very interesting interpretation of the phrase "in stock" because, as far as I can establish, they hold very little if anything at all "in stock". We had to cancel our order as a result. What really put the cap on this was that they didn't bother to advise us that the most important item in our order was on an over three weeks delivery - something that could have simply been rectified by being more truthful on their website or, as a backstop, on the invoice that was emailed to us.
