Easy ordering but DHL are useless. Delivery booked for today, but now they tell me it is heavy and won't come until Monday.

website easy to use However delivery charge for a small box was extremely expensive, if i didnt need items asap, I would have search for a cheaper online store

This was my first order with Trade Wetrooms, a 5m2 wetroom tanking kit consisting of 2 parcels. The delivery company only delivered one parcel on the next day delivery which caused me a major issue as I could not continue with the job I was on without the second parcel.

Very easy to use and a decent price but before placing the order we called up and we were told in stock and if we place the order Monday 3rd it would be delivered Wednesday 6th. Did this nothing showed up. Called up and was told they would look into it. I then get an email Wednesday saying it’s in stock and will be delivered 11th. This has now disrupted the job and causing issues with the builder.

Order confirmed and delivery date given. However, of the order I was expecting only 2 boards arrived. The delivery driver suggested that the remaining part of the order was coming via a different supplier. If this is the case it would be useful for the customer to know or if that’s not the case I need to know where the rest of my order is please. ORDER REF: #40766 WEDI BOARDS ARRIVED AWAITING 10pack of JACKOBOARD.

Do not have stock, just use manufacturers. Not good at Customer Service when things go wrong. Ordered (Friday) an Impey Wetguard system, telephoned to check it was in stock and would be delivered the next working day (Monday), Trade WetRooms confirmed delivery on Monday. Requested Courier/Tracking information, advised its not available, amazed 👎. Courier arrived on Monday, only 4 of 6 boxes on the delivery, didn't know where the rest were, advised to contact Trade Wetrooms. Contacted Trade WetRooms, they didn't know what was in each of the missing packages, even though advised it was packages 5 & 6, advised it was the manufacturers issue. Completed inventory and advised missing products. The next day (Tuesday), Trade Wet Rooms advised it should arrive by 12:30, and to recontact if it didn't arrive. At 13:45 no delivery, advised Trade Wet Rooms, finally delivered after 14:00. The amazing occurrence, is that although no Courier / Tracking infomation was available, Trade WetRooms knew within minutes that the delivery had been completed ☹. Asked for refund of the high delivery charges, or a Cusomer Service gesture for wasting 2-days, Trade Wetrooms refused. Have now placed next order elsewhere and found no delivery charges. How important is your time 👎👎

Trade wetrooms were very efficient with delivery but a major letdown for me is the choices of payment. Especially as I cant use Amex or Paypal. i will probably buy from them again but only if I cant find somewhere that takes my preferred form of payment

I ordered several items that on the whole I was happy with. However the plan for my bathroom changed and I required a refund. I returned the item o very friendly people however it’s been over a month and still no refund and it has become increasingly more difficult to contact anyone.

Difficult company to get hold of when something needs changing. The delivery service was awful and very distressing. Very good product and rapid dispatch.

I feel the description on the product was somewhat misleading, I believed I was buying a grohe toilet pack, when instead the frame/cistern set up was Grohe, but the toilet itself was not. I feel the wording should be much clearer. I initially thought I was getting a fairly good deal where as now I feel I have paid over the odds, once you include postage

Easy to order on website and prompt delivery. However, one major part of the order was absent and I called to advise but communication has been poor since then. I still don’t know if or when to expect the missing item.

I ordered and paid for some showerwall panels. The next day they emailed to say it’s not in stock and will be a 4 week wait, not impressed this time

Ordered 2 worktops on delivery noticed they didn't match disappointed had to ring customer service to reorder correct worktop. To be delivered on Mon 23 May

Ordered a couple of bits to the value of £1,000. Website and ordering were fine and pricing the best I could find. 👍🏻 Made an enquiry regarding delivery and when it would occur as property is being renovated and often unoccupied during the day. Was advised delivery would be in 1-2 days. But, I can’t afford to just sit there so I asked to be notified of a day and time slot. Alas, no reply ☹️ Went to the property a few days later and there were the goods on the doorstep 😳 No email, no call, no txt, either to advise they were coming or that they had been delivered. 😠 Not really good enough in an age where most packages can be tracked online.

Helpful staff and products sold at a fair price. Delivery times are optional as is the price. My parcels nearly did not arrive today as the driver offered me an empty box with no lid (see photo), that should have contained the actual membrane. Good job I was in as I fetched the membrane from the rear of the van which was disgusting with goods to be delivered all in pile with the membrane at the bottom. It was filthy dirty with the first 600mm damaged - the outer layer of the roll. The box containing the other items was falling to pieces and I thought some of the items would be missing, however, all items are present. The packer of the box needs some lessons. I have no idea if the parcels arrived on time as no delivery time was received. No company name on the van.

Ordering was fine with good price. Delivery was quick but no notification that delivery was being made. We were out all day so the 4 large items luckily were seen in by a decorator, not ideal, poor communication. Received request for review before I had received the goods

Ordered a number of Warm up items and paid for next day delivery. Items didn't arrive and after speaking to Trade wet rooms they chased the order from Warm up and it arrived 2 days later! On arrival the order was found to be incorrect due to missing items. This has meant that I cannot complete my job. Called Trade wet rooms again and they are going to contact Warm up again but state that I am unlikely to get any compensation for the incompetence.
