“A week after ordering and nothing has arrived and nobody is answering the phones. They are blaming "internet issues" for the phone system and DHL for not having the products. I've checked with DHL and they have never received the parcel from tradewetrooms! trying to get a refund is proving difficult.”

“Paid £28.00 for next-day delivery, but nothing arrived. I tried contacting the company, but no one answered or responded to emails. Three days later, the delivery company still hasn't received the package. I will be requesting a chargeback since I cannot get in touch with the company. Very disappointing.”

“Ordered and paid for wet room tray, tanking kit and concealed toilet on a 1-2 day delivery on 6th April One item no stock delayed shipment unit 10th Scheduled delivery for 14th April.. still not arrived Plumber cancelled and tiler due to start on 20th Tried calling no answer.. appears online email correspondence Update .. no shower tray or tanking kit.. but received 4 cisterns.. informed correct delivery for tomorrow.. somehow I don’t think it will happen..”

“Don’t use this company . Ordered a wetroom tray , arrived damaged as well as clearly has a manufacturing default. I wouldn’t t be surprised if this company knowingly sent a faulty tray. have sent 2 emails, called over 20 times , wait music and always at 5 minutes and 20 seconds cuts off. Called the other company trade taps, and Dramco Ltd - same issue . Quick enough to take your money online - DONT BUY BECAUSE IG ISSUE IF YOUR ITEM IS FAULTY.”

“Would avoid using this company. I ordered the wrong panels, my fault. Wet wall panels said they will take them back at no cost due to me ordering the correct ones. They have then charged me to return the old panels and just over 2 weeks later I still haven’t received my refund despite sending emails and phone calls”
