“Service in service for over a year and a half. All my money is gone within a week and I'm not doing anything that should be illegal. I found out it's the CEO committing fraud.. “Very poor service, ordered 2 pieces of shower wall, no warning about delivery times, they tried to deliver at 7.10am, wasn't home until 8am, which is when delivery times usually start, they tried to bill me £36 again for delivery, customer service was rubbish when I rang them, will never use again.”

“We ordered the wrong size Impey tray - our fault, however, Trade Wetrooms refused to exchange it for the correct size claiming that Impey would not change the unit. This results in an expensive problem for us. If they were a distributor of Impey, they would make this change for a customer, since they would simply sell the changed unit down the line, but apparently they keep no stock and therefore cannot be regarded as a proper distributor. They were not helpful at all on this issue, and I will not deal with them again”

“Contacted them regarding Impey easyfit system I bought from them. Sadly the Stainless Steel tiled insert is like a razor blade . Both components Would slice feet. Can’t use wet room Because of this . Sadly No reply from Tradewetrooms”

“Been asked to write a review and still not got the product ordered. No body answers the phone and had to contact chief executive on Linkedin to get any response at all. Have specialist subcontractors lined up on site to carry out works and not even able to speak to someone about the debacle from Trade Wetrooms. Really Really poor. Will amend this review when shower tray arrives (hoping it arrives).”

“Ordered an Impey shower tray, paying extra for next day delivery, for £456. The only item delivered was a small drain pipe and cover. The company have refused to refund my money saying the order was dispatched but are unable to provide any courier tracking information. Having read other reviews, it looks like providing a small relatively cheap part of a large order is a common occurrence, in order to state that the order was dispatched. Avoid this company.”

“Needed to speak to someone about the delivery tried phoning all morning 3 or 4 times was on hold each time until it timed out after 5 mins each time. The product may be good to early to say as only receive part delivery. Customer service so far very poor.”

“I am still waiting for my shower tray, drain, and grate having ordered it over a week ago. The phone is never answered and emails are replied to intermittently. I have gone to extraordinary lengths to get a response and having been told they were dispatched four days ago (supposed to be 1-2 working days) nothing has arrived and I cannot get an answer from anyone as to where it is.”
