“The order came reasonably quickly although I wasn’t aware it was coming the day it arrived. The box was open but nothing had come out, all the bits seem to be there.”

“Products were dispatched quickly and delivered in time. The only issue was that I didn’t receive any notifications when they had been dispatched and delivered, so I had to call customer service proactively to find out.”

“Where possible I think a picture of the boards in a room instead of just a square, also my delivery was some heavy wall paneling, this was delivered by one person, my husband helped him, if he'd done it on his own I think there may have been damaged the boards were eight feet by four feet and heavy”

“Very quick turn round and delivery of my Jackoboard wet room order when I paid for courier service from the Manufacturer. Suggest customers read the online manufacturer manuals re Sheet depths and associated Batton spacing etc as the lady at Wet rooms was misleading. Otherwise best price and fast turn round.”
