“Paid £28.00 for next-day delivery, but nothing arrived. I tried contacting the company, but no one answered or responded to emails. Three days later, the delivery company still hasn't received the package. I will be requesting a chargeback since I cannot get in touch with the company. Very disappointing.”

“So, I couldn't enter my address for all the stuff to be delivered to. I rang Trade wetrooms who answered in around 15 rings- outstanding. Very helpful person, very articulate, took my address details , sent me an email with a payment link, and everything arrived (free shipping) the next day. All in good order. So can't fault at all. And I couldn't find cheaper anywhere else.”

“Arrived one day late (No Notification of the shut off time for ordering) No one answers the phone! Tried 5 times... When you do eventually get hold of someone (on e-mail)- "Strangly!" they know that this manufacturer does not provide any installation instructions. thats a first! But they can contact the supplier and ask them a question for you but.... it may take a few days... So hey ho ..... thats the chanc you take theses days online... and no one gives two F's”
