“Hi there. Recently had a delivery of Nuance Shower panels - a large set of 4 full size sheets. These are fairly heavy so it was helpful that they were packed individually. We were surprised that they were not better protected from damage. We have usually seen foam corner buffers etc but these only has cardboard ends to their packs and were vulnerable to damage. They seem to have survived but we will only really see once they are unpacked for fitting.”

“Don’t use this company . Ordered a wetroom tray , arrived damaged as well as clearly has a manufacturing default. I wouldn’t t be surprised if this company knowingly sent a faulty tray. have sent 2 emails, called over 20 times , wait music and always at 5 minutes and 20 seconds cuts off. Called the other company trade taps, and Dramco Ltd - same issue . Quick enough to take your money online - DONT BUY BECAUSE IG ISSUE IF YOUR ITEM IS FAULTY.”

“Would avoid using this company. I ordered the wrong panels, my fault. Wet wall panels said they will take them back at no cost due to me ordering the correct ones. They have then charged me to return the old panels and just over 2 weeks later I still haven’t received my refund despite sending emails and phone calls”

“I bought a Purus copper drain grate from this company and it was not compatible with my jackoboard despite being sold as such on their website at the time. I also paid £22 delivery charge for this tiny item! My builders did not start the job for 4 months for various reasons and when we discovered it was not compatable, they refused to accept a return and refund citing a 2 week return policy. We explained the situation in full and they were unwilling to be helpful or accept that the item was mis-sold. In 2026 when compared to other companies such as Victoria plumbing who are very happy to exchange and refund where errors are made, this is absolutely awful service. I would strongly advise avoiding this company at all costs.”

“Delivery arrived promptly problem was part of the delivery was missing. I had no email notifying me of the shortage or when I could expect the rest of the delivery. I tried in vain throughout the day to contact Trade wet rooms the phone just put you on hold and then terminated the call after 5 to 10 minutes I’m still none the wiser where the rest of my delivery is as I’ve been unable to speak to anyone. No one has responded to my email And the phone calls go unanswered. Beware! it’s all well and good ordering from Internet companies but if you have a problem and you can’t speak to anyone at customer service it’s frustrating and it holds the job up I would suggest you buy elsewhere.”
