“I paid extra for 1 to 2 days delivery for an ensuite project which required a wetroom shower tray and the corresponding drain. The tray arrived on day 3, the drain arrived on day 4 and a second drain arrived on day 5. My project was delayed by 2 days and I had to stand down my contractor until the drain arrived. I reported that I had received a duplicate drain and how to send it back. I was expected to pay for a courier to return it! I can't believe this level of appaling service.”
