“I ordered a wetroom shower screen which was supposed to be delivered last Friday. I still haven't received it. I've tried ringing 7 times. I'm on hold for 5 mins then the line cuts off. I have e mailed customer services but I'm still waiting. Poor customer service.”

“Ordered and paid for wet room tray, tanking kit and concealed toilet on a 1-2 day delivery on 6th April One item no stock delayed shipment unit 10th Scheduled delivery for 14th April.. still not arrived Plumber cancelled and tiler due to start on 20th Tried calling no answer.. appears online email correspondence Update .. no shower tray or tanking kit.. but received 4 cisterns.. informed correct delivery for tomorrow.. somehow I don’t think it will happen..”

“Great prices, great product but if you have a problem be prepared that you are about to start pulling your hair out. Order came damaged and as yet trying to rectify has proven impossible, 20 unanswered phone calls and 3 emails all without reply. So now have one cancelled plumber and one tiler, which are like hens teeth if you want a descent one. Don’t normally leave reviews but seems I don’t have much choice, hopefully the company care more about their reviews than answering the phone. May now get a response. One not very happy customer.”
