“Would avoid using this company. I ordered the wrong panels, my fault. Wet wall panels said they will take them back at no cost due to me ordering the correct ones. They have then charged me to return the old panels and just over 2 weeks later I still haven’t received my refund despite sending emails and phone calls”

“I bought a Purus copper drain grate from this company and it was not compatible with my jackoboard despite being sold as such on their website at the time. I also paid £22 delivery charge for this tiny item! My builders did not start the job for 4 months for various reasons and when we discovered it was not compatable, they refused to accept a return and refund citing a 2 week return policy. We explained the situation in full and they were unwilling to be helpful or accept that the item was mis-sold. In 2026 when compared to other companies such as Victoria plumbing who are very happy to exchange and refund where errors are made, this is absolutely awful service. I would strongly advise avoiding this company at all costs.”

“Delivery arrived promptly problem was part of the delivery was missing. I had no email notifying me of the shortage or when I could expect the rest of the delivery. I tried in vain throughout the day to contact Trade wet rooms the phone just put you on hold and then terminated the call after 5 to 10 minutes I’m still none the wiser where the rest of my delivery is as I’ve been unable to speak to anyone. No one has responded to my email And the phone calls go unanswered. Beware! it’s all well and good ordering from Internet companies but if you have a problem and you can’t speak to anyone at customer service it’s frustrating and it holds the job up I would suggest you buy elsewhere.”

““Ordered tray on 5th of January, charged £22.00 2day shipping and it finally arrived 12th of January.upon opening the wet-room tray is of very poor build quality, there is delamination around waste opening and signs it has already been filled. I have emailed customer service and tried phoning several times only to be cut off after 5minutes every time. Based on my experience so far I would definitely not recommend this company.”

“AVOID AT ALL COST - POOR SERVICE - NO RESPONSE- FAILED TO DELIVER MY ORDER I ordered Two Items. Only received one. I cant get through to these guys on any of their numbers and I have no response from my email either. Seems like I will have to spend more money on getting my complete order from somewhere else and then take thes guys to a Small Claims Court to get my money back.... NOT WHAT I PAID FOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“Trade Wetrooms were prompt and clear communications. Sadly DHL the delivery service were less than desirable. We waited in for a signed for package and got a friend to house sit. Only to find they dumped the package outside the house without even knocking or ringing the door bell.”
