“I bought a Purus copper drain grate from this company and it was not compatible with my jackoboard despite being sold as such on their website at the time. I also paid £22 delivery charge for this tiny item! My builders did not start the job for 4 months for various reasons and when we discovered it was not compatable, they refused to accept a return and refund citing a 2 week return policy. We explained the situation in full and they were unwilling to be helpful or accept that the item was mis-sold. In 2026 when compared to other companies such as Victoria plumbing who are very happy to exchange and refund where errors are made, this is absolutely awful service. I would strongly advise avoiding this company at all costs.”

““Ordered tray on 5th of January, charged £22.00 2day shipping and it finally arrived 12th of January.upon opening the wet-room tray is of very poor build quality, there is delamination around waste opening and signs it has already been filled. I have emailed customer service and tried phoning several times only to be cut off after 5minutes every time. Based on my experience so far I would definitely not recommend this company.”

“AVOID AT ALL COST - POOR SERVICE - NO RESPONSE- FAILED TO DELIVER MY ORDER I ordered Two Items. Only received one. I cant get through to these guys on any of their numbers and I have no response from my email either. Seems like I will have to spend more money on getting my complete order from somewhere else and then take thes guys to a Small Claims Court to get my money back.... “I paid extra for 1 to 2 days delivery for an ensuite project which required a wetroom shower tray and the corresponding drain. The tray arrived on day 3, the drain arrived on day 4 and a second drain arrived on day 5. My project was delayed by 2 days and I had to stand down my contractor until the drain arrived. I reported that I had received a duplicate drain and how to send it back. I was expected to pay for a courier to return it! I can't believe this level of appaling service.”
