“The fulfilment side of TradeWetrooms is appalling. I paid £28 for 1-2 day delivery and my order has been stuck in the depot for 4 days with no indication when I might receive it. Customer services just tell me there is a ‘delay’ with no attempt to get the items to me in a faster way or even compensate the delivery charge. First time customer, and I won’t be back.”

“Having paid for a premium for a 1-2 day delivery the order wasn't delivered until day 3,with Trade Wetrooms claiming an additional working day was required for a 'processing period' in addition to the designated delivery period. No mention of this 'processing period' on the website - very misleading and misrepresentative when placing an order.”

“The website said next-day delivery. I ordered 5 items and it took 3 days for 1 item to arrive 4 days for the second which was a shower tray this arrived damaged and 6 days on we are still waiting for the shower panel, waste etc. Customer services were not helpful as kept telling me they could not contact drivers or the warehouse was closed this was at 4.10pm. I am now loosing money on the job as I am having to wait on what is advertised as a next day delivery”

“Ordered a wet room tray, grate and tanking kit. All were confirmed as due to be delivered last week. The tanking kit never arrived and I had to chase this up this morning and no communication had been recieved. I've now had to cancel my tiler who was due today.”

“Was told before placing order that 100% that order will be delivered 24-48hrs. I explained that I'd previously been let down by other supplier at last minute, and having builders onsite charging a daily fee, that i needed these within 48hrs at the latest, so Immediately I placed order then told 72hrs. Resulting in costing me to pay 2 builders a days pay to sit and wait for this delivery. So a negative feedback from me I'm afraid.”

“Placing the order was easy but the delivery terrible. The carrier says we are not here at 1330hrs yet we are manned with numerous staff, the building clearly signed etc. We had to then let our customer down and not attend the job due to this. Still awaiting a call from your sales department regarding re-delivery.”

“AVOID! Horrible experience and item NEVER delivered. Outrageous. I ordered an Impey aqua dec on Saturday and paid extra for 1-2 day delivery to ensure it will be supplied on time. I called on Tuesday and was told it would be delivered either Tuesday or Wednesday and they didn’t give me any estimated time. Called Wednesday again and they told me it’s with the driver and will be delivered by 6:15pm! I waited until 6:30pm and nobody ever showed up or contacted. I called again on Thursday morning and after many calls back and forth I was told they don’t know where my order is! They said they will have to dispatch another item, about which I’m highly sceptical, and they said it would be delivered before lunch time on Friday. Many calls and emails again on Friday but my order NEVER arrived. This is OUTRAGEOUS. Let’s see if I can at least have my money back. Avoid this company and order elsewhere if you don’t want a massive headache, time and money wasted.”

“Tim Ford - “ Managing Director” - sent me a note asking me to write a review following a purchase from Trade Wetrooms. All I can tell him is the service is appalling! Once they take your money there is ZERO communication- not even courier details (e.g. tracking number). When you follow up with the customer service team you are spun a load of lies!! If you choose this company for speed of delivery and are happy to pay for 1-2 business day delivery be prepared to be disappointed. Total joke of a company but then aren’t all these companies- no doubt they will blame Covid / Brexit / HGV driver shortage as a reason but if that is the case a) don’t offer an expedited service b) refund cost if unable to honour the timeframe”

“I ordered three items for next day delivery. Hired the plumbers for the day after. Only one of the three items was delivered (a day later than expected). It turns out that someone made the idiotic decision to split delivery (even though it was also confirmed on the phone and a ‘note added to the file’. Had to turn the plumbers away, but pay them for their time waiting. So a Thursday delivery has now turned into next Tuesday (we think and hope). Have had to put off the plumbers again. It’s delayed our project by a week, which is very disappointing. Hopefully the products are better than the delivery!”

“Not happy with the service, I am a house renovation company, I ordered a 1 metre square jackaboard shower tray and waste on the 16th, reply back order complete 13.53, it said 1 to 2 working days delivery, I called on the 21st around 09.00 when was it coming they said they would look into it no one called at 17.00 I called again “it is being loaded for the 22nd we will send a tracking number in the morning”, it’s 21.30 now and no tracking number and no delivery I’ve paid £26.40 for delivery, I’m not impressed with this service”
