“Long story short , I had to order a replacement impey waste for a Wetroom tray due to a design change by the customer , paid for 1-2 day delivery , 2 days goes by , no waste , sent emails and phoned , they kept promising me it would be the next day then they said the first one got lost in transit , so I was promised it on Monday , nothing came Monday , so back on the phone etc then got promised it would be Tuesday between 3-5 pm , nothing came , then I got a message it had been delivered Wednesday , they had sent it to the wrong address , even though I said that’s not the front door and I don’t come from Newmarket where it got delivered ( I live and work in Essex ) I was still getting questioned like I was trying it on , I had to blatantly put , look up my address So 8 days it took in total put me behind on the job , customer was disabled and had moved out for the work to be completed , so they weren’t happy , If your in the plumbing trade don’t use these guys if you need it in a hurry The customer service is non existent !”

“SCAMMERS! They stole my money, can you imagine? I can’t even submit a withdrawal request for my deposit. I don’t know what the problem is. They won’t respond to me. I’ve written to them several times, but they never replied. That was how I got scammed.. “Very poor service, ordered 2 pieces of shower wall, no warning about delivery times, they tried to deliver at 7.10am, wasn't home until 8am, which is when delivery times usually start, they tried to bill me £36 again for delivery, customer service was rubbish when I rang them, will never use again.”

“We ordered the wrong size Impey tray - our fault, however, Trade Wetrooms refused to exchange it for the correct size claiming that Impey would not change the unit. This results in an expensive problem for us. If they were a distributor of Impey, they would make this change for a customer, since they would simply sell the changed unit down the line, but apparently they keep no stock and therefore cannot be regarded as a proper distributor. They were not helpful at all on this issue, and I will not deal with them again”

“Been asked to write a review and still not got the product ordered. No body answers the phone and had to contact chief executive on Linkedin to get any response at all. Have specialist subcontractors lined up on site to carry out works and not even able to speak to someone about the debacle from Trade Wetrooms. Really Really poor. Will amend this review when shower tray arrives (hoping it arrives).”
