We ordered the wrong size Impey tray - our fault, however, Trade Wetrooms refused to exchange it for the correct size claiming that Impey would not change the unit. This results in an expensive problem for us. If they were a distributor of Impey, they would make this change for a customer, since they would simply sell the changed unit down the line, but apparently they keep no stock and therefore cannot be regarded as a proper distributor. They were not helpful at all on this issue, and I will not deal with them again
