I am still waiting for my shower tray, drain, and grate having ordered it over a week ago. The phone is never answered and emails are replied to intermittently. I have gone to extraordinary lengths to get a response and having been told they were dispatched four days ago (supposed to be 1-2 working days) nothing has arrived and I cannot get an answer from anyone as to where it is.
