“I ordered too many radiator valves, I emailed their customer support team & I received a response very quickly amending my order. Delivery has been quick (within 2 days) & the quality of the product you can't fault! Highly recommend!”

“Good at the ordering stage, slight delay on time scale of radiators being ready for despatch. However I was told I would get a phone call from the delivery company, and nothing, came home one day to find £1,500 worth of radiators laying in the front garden bushes. Not good!!! Not only could they have been taken, or damaged, but had a phone call been received I could have arranged plumber and help to get them indoors. Instead they had to stay there all day. How hard is it to txt or ring someone to say on way. Most companies let you know a time slot, even with a small parcel, with an item like this , it should at least have to be signed for ? Not a happy customer.”

The courier service has let us all down here and this has been passed on to be investigated with them as this is not our usual standards at all. Apologies again that your experience was far from ideal. We do hope we get another chance to look after you in the future.

“quick and prompt delivery. The delivery driver did phone the previous evening to say he would be at my house between 0730 and 0830 and asked if the time was OK. He was outside at 0800. He was friendly and helpful without being OTT. No damage whatsoever to the radiator or packaging -it arrived in perfect condition. I will use this company again.”
