“Radiator was OK but disappointed 😥 that the electric element just came in a plastic bag with no protection. Will not know if damaged until fixed in Radiator and plumbed in. By that time will require lot of money to fix.”

“Placed an order for a K2 double panel convector radiator. It arrived safely and all in good order within 4 days. Very friendly and helpful delivery driver. Only comment I will make is that it would be good for you to offer AM or PM delivery slots as It meant i had to arrange to be home for the full day to ensure delivery. The unit arrived just before 2pm”

“Fantastic Customer Service. One of the two designer radiators that were fitted almost 5 years ago showed signs of an underlying rust or primer problem on one of the vertical tubes. After completing their online contact form and then supplying some photos of the issue, a replacement was immediately authorised and received the next working day. I was very impressed by this service!”
