“The size of the radiator was the prime objective to fit the space. On receipt of the product found it had a textured finish I presumed it would be a smooth finish when I ordered which I suspect will not be ideal for keeping clean! Delivery was good received earlier than expected.”

“The radiator was fine but the bleed screw wouldn't tighten up also the plastic chrome covers didn't fit over the fixings correctly other than that ok.”

“Prompt service and delivery but poor returns policy - they charge and exorbitant amount if you have to return an item compared to the customer arranging return. In my case £30 if they arrange a return - only £12 if the customer arranges a return.”

Thank you for your review. The collection charge (fully insured service) comes directly from our logistics team in the warehouse which we then advise you with no extra charges included. We of course always give the option to arrange your own return, as discussed with you at the time.

“Ordered a large heated towel rail of a specific make and size on Monday about1 pm. Price was very competitive, delivery was free, and it arrived on Tuesday morning just after 9am, well packed and completely undamaged. Fantastic customer service! Will happily use again.”
