We are terribly sorry that the experience was nowhere near as smooth as it should have been. The courier service has let us all down here which is not our usual standards at all. Apologies again that your experience was far from ideal. We do hope we get another chance to look after you in the future.

“Good price and delivery from stock as promised. Also a special mention to Gemma on the telephone who was excellent in helping me get hold of an additional accessory after I had received the radiator. She promptly chased it down for me and emailed me back exactly as she promised she would.”
