“I emailed the Trade Radiators team as I couldn't find what I was looking for on their website - they were incredibly helpful and prompt to answer my queries, even pointing out a more suitable set of rad valves then the ones I had chosen. Great communication and delivery was without any issues at all.”

“I would highly recommend Trade Radiators. From the initial enquiry to delivery of my radiator a very helpful company. My radiator which was a difficult 5 bay curved window radiator was perfect. It looks fabulous. A great price too. I cannot rate them too highly I will be back for more.”

“After a thorough research of designer radiators, I decided that Trade Radiators had the best-looking radiators at the best price. The radiators were delivered quickly and were well packaged; I was glad to find that they were well-made and sturdy. They now look great in our kitchen and lounge. I was very happy with the service I received from Trade Radiators and woould certainly use them again, and recommend them to our friends.”

“All dealings with staff have been great. However, from my initial order of two towel rads plus thermostats one rad and two thermostats arrived on an agreed date. Though one of the thermostats was missing the correct adapter. A phone call sorted the missing items however, the day before delivery (Fri 10 Oct) DHL emailed to say my items were to be picked up!? I questioned this and sought confirmation. Received email to say id get a reply within 24hrs. No reply. Called this morning (10 Oct) to find out what was going on. Told it would be investigate and I’d get a reply today! Now 1030 PM … no reply!!”

“Good price. Radiator not beautiful but didn’t expect it to be. And the service was good. Had to wait a few days but it arrived on time and I spoke to real human beings regarding the delivery which was a pleasant change. It arrived when they said it would.”

“I purchased a radiator but the size was incorrect (my fault entirely) and they didn’t do the size I needed- Kim and team were really helpful and having returned the radiator to the depot as instructed I have just received an email to say a full refund will be made. Really great customer service - thank you.”

“I would go as far to say that this is the best company I have ever dealt with. Not only great prices and great products, but excellent customer services. I had an issue with one of my radiators slightly leaking over a year after purchase, they replaced it with no issue. Then I found out that when i disposed of the old one, I forgot to remove the tail pieces from the old radiator, my mistake, but yet they replaced this and no cost. I can’t rate this company enough.”
