“Item was damaged when removed form packaging (packaging was undamaged). Unfortunately I only noticed after the 3 day window so was unable to make a claim. A lesson learned to completely remove the item from the packaging and inspect even if the packaging is in A1 condition!”

“Absolutely love these radiators we have them in bronze and they get so many compliments. The company is very professional and reasonably price with a good turnaround orders Wouldn’t use anywhere else”

“Used before and again received very good support. Unfortunately thr shower arrived damaged. Once I reported it Yasmine in customer services sorted the problem out and a replacement radiator within a couple of days.”

“I like this radiators style and luckily it fits the old space with minimal fitting change and no alteration to the pipe work. Spent a lot of time trying to find the right model as not a lot of choice for this size am happy with the result”
