“I ordered two radiators. Only one arrived the next day and that had no fittings in the box which was burst. The next day the second radiator arrived, this box was in even worse condition, the radiator was bashed and the fittings were bent. The only saving grace was how quickly customer support helped me out. I would change the carrier and check the packaging used.”

Dear George, apologies for the unsatisfactory experience. I've looked into this and you're absolutely right, the issues have been due to, frankly unacceptable, poor service from Tuffnells Couriers and I can only apologise again for this, it's not the usual Trade Radiators high standards. I am glad however that our Customer Service team managed to sort everything out for you and I see that we have also refund you £30 for the inconvenience. “Hi, Initially you sent a radiator without valves, then when I noticed the missing valves you sent those, but now I have a second set of valves that was delivered. Can you arrange a pick up please?”

Hi Leonard, I believe this has already been rectified for you and the extra valves collected. It appears that the couriers mislaid your original valves and then delivered them when they were found, in between times we sent out a replacement pair to help you out. “Despite me ordering the wrong part, Samantha sorted it out quickly and efficiently. The next day delivery is just what it says and for quality and value, Trade Radiators simply cannot be beaten. The next time I need anything, they will be my first stop. Why waste petrol going into town when the goods are there at your fingertips.”

Thanks for your review. I have looked into your order and the couriers did attempt delivery on the scheduled date (which you were aware of) but there was no one home so they had to attempt delivery again the following day. It's unfortunate that you weren't in and had gone ahead and booked a plumber without having the goods. I'm glad to see that we fulfilled the order 100% and in the correct given timeframe.
