“I ordered a Pisa Towel Rail 1500x600 before 2pm and it arrived the following day as promised. It was well packaged and undamaged. However the towel rail could have done with better fitting instructions (not Trade Radiators fault) as the fitters put the brackets on the wall upside down and then sloping inwards (not outwards). Perhaps additional instructions could be added?”

“Haven't installed radiator yet but was as cheap as anyone but looks better quality and has 10yr guarantee on chrome - better than other good prices. Telephone clarity of guarantee easy and quick. Delivery next day really quick. But why do you send from warehouse in deepest darkest England when your office is in Glasgow centre? My only moan. Cheers”

“Quick delivery. Radiators are great value. I've purchased from them before and will always be my first place to look. Courier service was a little bit of a let down, as they could not tell me when the delivery would be. But it worked out fine as I was relatively flexible with my work hours that week.”
