“Ordered a radiator about two weeks ago, still have not received it. Their phone seems to be not monitored, sent them few emails, they replied, but the issue has not been resolved.”

“Trade radiator dealt with my order promptly, unfortunately the radiator did not suit my needs. Returning an item to Trade radiators is poor, firstly there is no information on their website as to how to do this i had E mail them. Secondly i still have not received a refund despite them confirming they had received the item back and there were no issues. This was returned on he 23rd of April, so far i have had to phone their office on 4 occasions, each time i was assured that the refund was being processed, poor service, poor communication.”

Thanks for reviewing your purchase David and may I start by apologising most profusely that you feel let down by our service. The reason our website directs you to contact us to arrange any returns is because there are variables with returns depending on the product type/size/height/weight etc so we look at each return individually and provide the appropriate instructions. The warehouse hadn't let us know in their usual timely manner that the goods had been checked back in and then the delay on the refund itself was my mistake, it was genuine human error so please accept my most sincere apologies. I promise this is not our usual standard of service and if you wish to make a future purchase please do call and ask for me and I will ensure you receive a generous discount. Sorry again. “Just beware that the terms are "kerbside" delivery which can be difficult if you are in the city centre and don't get warned to come to the kerb for the delivery. Bit of a fail on delivery.”

Thank you for taking the time to review your purchase. I note that you hadn't contacted us to let us know you were unhappy with any aspect of your order. The delivery process is made really clear on our website, in our T&C's (which you agreed to when placing the order) and we also then remind you further still in your delivery date email. I'm sorry you didn't read any of the helpful info provided, couriers as standard are not contracted or insured to enter your property. “I ordered a heated towel radiator, which came extremely promptly and was very well packaged. However, there was a slight area of damage which I photographed and emailed to them after phoning to discuss it with them. They then sent a replacement with no quibble, again very promptly.”

“Our towel rail was supplied with a couple of dents in, which on examining the package look to be the fault of the courier, no blame for Trade Radiators. But the replacement arrived the day after I raised it, so fantastic customer service! Thank you.”

“Having purchased a radiator that arrived damaged and was not as described on the website, I was sent a replacement, but runs could be seen on the coating. Owing to the imminent start of my plumber, I had no option but to accept the radiator. I thought I had selected a good quality designer radiator but was dissapointed as it was not good value for money.”
