“As I am not a tradesman I needed a couple of minor details clarified.This was easily sorted via "Live chat".Delivery was next day ,everything needed for the installation was there,and fitting was relatively simple.The towel rail looks good,and does just what I wanted.I have not yet mastered programming the timer,I will probably get a ten year old to sort it!”

“No problem with radiator, we took it out of packaging and inspected product as instructed in the email sent to us prior to delivery,good solid radiator, unfortunately the delivery man could not hide his frustration that we were going to inspect it!! this really needs addressing, these things cost far too much and we were following instructions from your company,we had a bathroom cabinet delivered the next day by a different company and had no problems, so it can be done.”

Hi Mrs Neal, I'm so sorry that the delivery driver came across as impatient or frustrated, that's no good at all and I have reported this back to the courier company. You do have 3 working days to check the goods and report any damages but the driver should've been more understanding so my apologies. Our customers are the most important thing about what we do so we do take all comments on board and take the appropriate action where necessary. Sorry again. Julie (Manager)
