“No problem with delivery and was packaged very well. Build quality of the radiator was not what I would expect for a 'designer' radiator costing nearly £350 - plastic covers on top of panels do not fit properly leaving gaps; bottom of the panels (aluminium extrusions) do not have covers on and have metal burrs where they've been cut, potentially a sharp hazard especially when lifting.”

“The radiator I received was damaged. Kimberley Brines was very helpful in reassuring me that information and photos had been received ( I am 74 and not the best with modern technology ). She then arranged for a rapid replacement which arrived within a couple of days. I could not find the size of the radiator I needed locally which is how I came to find Trade Radiators. I would order from them again.”

“Completely satisfied. I ordered the Reina slimline radiator 600 x 800mm. It was shipped promptly by APC which is an overnight courier and delivered the next day. The radiator is super. There was a slight anomaly because I was expecting it to be gloss instead of the textured white finish that I received (as I had purchased the same 2 yrs back and that is gloss). Trade Radiators looked into this with Reina and confirmed that the radiator now only comes in the textured white finish. It was for my kitchen and I decided to keep it and it looks wonderful against the painted wall. So it was a success all round. Many thanks.”

“Don't trust the photos that they have on there website or expect any good customer service from them. We ordered what looked like a standard grey colour radiator for it to only arrive as a very light blue grey product. When we asked to get it changed (not refunded) they refused as they said "colours may vary" on there website. There are so many compaines around, recemond avoiding unless you order white (i guess ?)”

“Our builders bought a dual fuel towel rail and installed it. It transpired the electric side didn't work and we weren't getting very far with the builders but with the help and patience of Amanda Fraser in customer services, we tracked the problem down to a failed element and she dispatched a free replacement overnight. Towel rail now working perfectly. Couldn't ask for better. Thanks Amanda.”
