“They were very good when I needed to change some of my rads but be warned the carrier cost is quite expensive. One of the rads has poorly finished paintwork. I've put that side to the wall but only time will tell if it corrodes quickly.”

Hi Valerie, thanks for your review. Return courier costs are unavoidable unfortunately, sorry about that. On checking your order we can't see you having contacted us about any issues with the new radiators (you mentioned paintwork above). Issues of any kind should always be reported to our Customer Service team ASAP to allow us the opportunity to rectify the matter swiftly. Your items should be 100% perfect and we wouldn't want you to have a product any other way. We would have preferred to replace the item and would have done so had we been given the opportunity. “Used these guys so many times before and just wanted to order a smart element for a towel rail. Tried 3 times on 3 different days and their website would not allow? I called to explain and placed the order over the phone. Item arrived without an invoice. Waited a week and still no invoice? (Or order confirmation or number, or anything?) So Tried to log on to my account and the website (something to do with Captcha I think) wouldn't allow this, just frozen. So another phone call to ask for my invoice. Tried to explain website is failing in so many ways? They were not interested? Was told invoice would be sent on email, still waiting? Good company gone bad, order from elsewhere, it's easier and less time consuming.”

Hi Stuart, sorry this purchase wasn't as smooth as usual, we had a new system upgrade being implemented which caused a few temporary issues. There is no invoice, it's an email receipt, same as all your previous orders, which was sent instantly at the time of ordering, you replied to the email so definitely received it. This receipt is also a VAT receipt. I can see you have emailed asking for an invoice so may not have realised it's all on the original receipt for you. Everything is present and correct as it should be. We hope to welcome you back again in the future.

“My original order was incorrect due to my misreading of the description of an electric radiator. My corrected order was delivered promptly but the preservative additive for filling the radiator was omitted and was delivered later after I complained. The insructions for fitting the radiator were cursory and unhelpful, but a video was available online, which I later tracked down. It would have been helpful if the instructions made some reference to this video. When I came to do the job I found the blanking plug had been omitted from the order despite my specifically requesting it and being assured it was included. I bought a blanking plug from Screwfix. The original radiator I ordered incorrectly is still awaiting collection for return. I had been told to await instructions concerning its collection but that was a month ago.”

“Ordered 2 radiators + valves in the website. Next day they emailed me saying both out of stock but they sent the valves anyway. 15 days later, we are still waiting for the refund and they sent me emails to make a review. So here it is.”

Apologies for the radiators being out of stock, there is a short time delay between the warehouse updating the stock system and this then feeding through to our website and your order must have come through during that period. They should have been refunded as soon as you asked but there was a delay with this which, upon investigation, was due to human error, we are very sorry about this. Everything has now been rectified and fully refunded for you. If you would like to order again at any point we will ensure you receive a generous discount by way of an apology. Sorry again.
