“Nice radiators, although one was leaking (didn't find out until it was installed) so had to wait nearly another two weeks for the replacement. I was also told I had to dispose of the faulty one, which was inconvenient!”

“Lovely radiators delivered super quick, lovely very stylish. However they were delivered by Tuffnells and although they were delivered within 2 days the courier didn’t let us know they were delivering the items until the day they arrived and then they wouldn’t give an eta only that they would be be there between 7am - 7pm, so left us no time time to organise anyone being at home it was just a stroke of luck that I don’t work on a Friday and could therefore be at home.”

“I selected a radiator that appeared in the 'Next Day Delivery' filter within the website. Spoke to an advisor who assured me that if placed by 2pm, the order would be received the next day. Really disappointed to find that the radiator is not going to be shipped next day. Spoke to a particularly unhelpful advisor whose message was basically 'it is what it is, the website is wrong'. Poor service, I can't recommend this business.”

“I am very happy with the radiator we ordered, it looks great. I was dissatisfied with the delivery setup. I had to wait in all day for the delivery with a window 8am-5pm.”
