“Ordered 2 anthracite column radiators, one is now on the wall the other still boxed, waiting for our alterations to finish in the new year. Really pleased with the effect and the price. Very minor downside, there are a couple of very small blemishes but nothing that we can’t live with. Bought a number of feature radiators from ‘Trade’ in recent years, always happy with service & quality.”

Sorry that our phones lines were so busy at the time, we've experienced unprecedented volumes of orders and enquiries and were short staffed at the exact same time. Things are now back to normal thankfully but sorry again that it had been hard to get through when you tried.

“Hunted for a small radiator as space was limited. Found the perfect one at Trade radiators. Ordered it and was very pleased with the service and quick delivery.. Was kept informed as to when it would arrive. Would happily order again using trade radiators.. A happy customer.”

“There are two comments that I would like to draw attention to regarding the radiator that I ordered from you. 1-- I ordered the radiator from your site because it sated that it was in stock, I was informed from you that delivery would be delayed because you had to wait for its delivery from the manufactures not good. 2-- Radiator arrived slightly damaged one of the end plates was dented and paint chips on bottom edge in spite of good packaging, I have accepted radiator as time was critical to install. Better quality control required.”

We have checked your order and you didn't contact us to let us know about the damage. “Had to wait an age and a half to speak to someone on the phone, but that may be due to Covid... Anyway when they finally answered the operator answered the query immediately and the item was dispatched promptly. Arrived 2 days later. Most competitive price for the item on the market. ~V Pleased.”

“Aluminimuim rads look great and were well priced. The delivery process was somewhat haphazard. No notification, call, delivery window from the courier. Left the next day to find that delivery had been made and just propped up next to the front door. Fortunately the front door is not in plain view from the street, else there was every chance these rads would never have been seen again!”

“Radiator arrived quickly after ordering, it was well packaged but the packaging had sustained a small amount of damage on one corner. Once unpacked it did have a small amount of paint damage on a corner of the radiator but as I could position this at the back and out of sight I decided not to send it back. It’s fitted and looks really good. The fitting instructions are probably a little too vague for someone who hasn’t fitted a radiator before and particularly when it can be positioned horizontally or vertically. Overall I’m very pleased with the quality and look for a very good price.”
