“Good price. Good products. Probably no fault of Trade Radiators, but delivery service poor. Much slower than anticipated and also received a message from courier with a delivery date that was wrong.”

“Had what I was looking for at a very competitive price. Shipping was quick and well packaged. Communication was good. The website had issues for me though and I could only access certain things if I used the 'incognito' mode on my browser.”

“Website and radiators fine however delivery man expected me to get 3 x radiators out of the back of the lorry. Have never experienced a delivery service that don't deliver to your front door! If we had known I could have arranged for someone to be here to help- I'm 8 months pregnant so it wasn't feasible to do this alone.”

Hi Gemma, we are really sorry this happened. We do advise that deliveries are often kerb side (especially pallet deliveries) but there's no way you should've been trying to get anything off the lorry, most definitely not! The couriers were under a lot of strain at that time (COVID/BREXIT) but it's no excuse. We are genuinely sorry as this falls way below our usual service levels. We have now refunded £50 to your original payment method by way of an apology, sorry again.

“I had an incomplete ordered delivered. The customers service was slow to send the missing product but essentially sent one and offered compensation. The products its self is of high quality and would be buying again. Hopefully next time around i will have 100% satisfaction.”

“Really happy with the purchase. Was really dissapointed with the delivery though. We were in the garden when the radiators were delivered and Tufnell's, the courier, forged my signature saying I'd signed for it. Not happy at all about that.”
