“Lovely radiators delivered super quick, lovely very stylish. However they were delivered by Tuffnells and although they were delivered within 2 days the courier didn’t let us know they were delivering the items until the day they arrived and then they wouldn’t give an eta only that they would be be there between 7am - 7pm, so left us no time time to organise anyone being at home it was just a stroke of luck that I don’t work on a Friday and could therefore be at home.”

“The radiator I received was damaged. Kimberley Brines was very helpful in reassuring me that information and photos had been received ( I am 74 and not the best with modern technology ). She then arranged for a rapid replacement which arrived within a couple of days. I could not find the size of the radiator I needed locally which is how I came to find Trade Radiators. I would order from them again.”

“Order dispatched very quickly - the only negative thing was that 3 different couriers were used to deliver 3 radiators......not exactly efficient.”

“Very good service, rad was well wrapped but there was slight denting on the top grill but was not to much of a problem to pull back.”

“This was my second order from Trade Radiators, and once again the service was great. Prompt delivery and competitive prices. Only reason for just the 4 stars is that there were no fitting instructions with my towel rail radiator. Not exactly difficult to figure it out but had to go back on the website to see pictures of where the brackets went. It would have been useful if there was a set of instructions amongst the downloads, but alas, no.”

“The radiator is very stylish, however, the mounting instructions contain no dimensions (drill size, distance between holes) for drilling the holes for the mounting wall brackets. This is a major omission as it is inconvenient, and fraught with error, to try and determine these dimensions.”

“They were very good when I needed to change some of my rads but be warned the carrier cost is quite expensive. One of the rads has poorly finished paintwork. I've put that side to the wall but only time will tell if it corrodes quickly.”

On checking your order we can't see you having contacted us about any issues with the new radiators (you mentioned paintwork above). Issues of any kind should always be reported to our Customer Service team ASAP to allow us the opportunity to rectify the matter swiftly. Your items should be 100% perfect and we wouldn't want you to have a product any other way. We would have preferred to replace the item and would have done so had we been given the opportunity. “The service was extremely quick and they were helpful on the phone but having warned me that the radiator was heavy and the delivery did not include bringing it into the house, they unexpectedly delivered a day early when I was on my own for the day. The driver rang the bell and left the radiator outside. I did not even see the driver, so he wasn't even sure if there was anyone home. I am 75 years of age with a back problem and I had to struggle on my own to get it up the steps into the house. I had arranged to have someone assist me on the planned delivery day but not the day before.”
