Let down by not giving better delivery advice. An ETA is so easy these days with Sat Nav planning so we were unable to get on with our day waiting around,... and besides we were actually promised a phone call with an approximate time but that never happened. The Rad was only protected by the plastic film wrapping from the factory so I was surprised it came unmarked seeing how it was transported. The boys were helpful with the delivery getting it to the door, so o/a good seems fair.
