ordered standard type radiator in stock on the 16/6. Payment taken on the 17/6. Advised rad dispatched on the 23/6. It is now the 2th of July, and I am still waiting for a delivery! Spoke to customer services twice, with a different excuse each time.

Apologies that this happened, we did dispatch within the correct timescales but the couriers were really struggling with driver/staff shortages due to COVID so at times logistics fell short (delayed/lost parcels etc) of our usual standards for which we are truly sorry. Glad we managed to get you all sorted in the end. Sorry again for the inconvenience.

I have just received 2 radiators and did not realise that a radiator with primer paint meant 'black'! I phoned and spoke to Samantha who was very unhelpful and ended the call while I was still speaking. I will never buy from this company again! The customer service is dreadful!

We're really sorry that you're unhappy. We did send you the item exactly as you ordered it (primer/undercoat only and not painted a colour). If you're ever unsure then our Customer Service team are here to help with any questions you may have and provide all the guidance you need. You mentioned to Samantha on the phone earlier that you had called previously enquiring about paint colours and we advised (as we always do) that you could select painted and have any colour of your choice but when you placed the order online you didn't choose to have the radiator painted, only primer/undercoat. Immediately after placing the order we did send you a helpful email to remind you that you could upgrade to painted if you wish but you stuck with primer/undercoat. We have checked on the call with Samantha and you did end the call yourself, our apologies if for any reason you thought otherwise.

Three seperate deliveries spread over 10 days. Just not good enough. ,Time lost on the project outweighs any potential savings !!

Terrible service placed order on the 19th December and got a delivery date of the 10th of January only for it to be cancelled on the 9th of January and told it wouldn’t be until the 14th

You were aware that the order would not be dispatched until January due to the festive period and part of your order not being available for same day dispatch. You asked us to arrange delivery for 10th January which we did and, as you are aware, DX Couriers failed to inform us that they were unable to do next day delivery on your order due to your address being in a remote location therefore the soonest they could deliver was the 14th which you refused. Your order has now been cancelled and refunded as per your instructions. Apologies again for the inconvenience. ***Please note that we have a zero tolerance policy for aggravated and abusive behaviour towards our staff ***

The radiators themselves may be ok (can’t say as they have failed to deliver mine) but the arrangements for delivery are appalling - nowhere near the standards to be expected these days. You have to be available all day from 8am-6pm with no ability to narrow that down even on the day itself. My delivery was given as a definite to happen by 6pm 18/12/20. Only after confirmation did I book plumber for 19/12. Have just had to cancel as no delivery attempted on the 18th despite ensuring someone home every minute of the day (extremely inconvenient). No contact from courier and no way to contact them. Able to contact Traderadiators but they unable to provide any info. Have had to cancel plumber today and will consequently have an unheated room for Xmas. To cap it all just had another automated message from courier to say delivery by 6pm today! They have not prioritised my delivery after failing to make it on the guaranteed day yesterday, not bothered to make any direct contact, and expect me to be available at anytime between 8am and 6pm for a 2nd day - impossible. Pay a bit more and order from someone else with a decent delivery service.

We're really sorry your delivery wasn't as timely as it should have been, at this time of year (on the run up to Christmas) the couriers are incredibly busy and as a result deliveries can be a little delayed for which we sincerely apologise. Your delivery had been due to take place on Wednesday and instead arrived at 10.50am on Thursday morning, our apologies again for the inconvenience. We hope you enjoy your lovely new radiator, the columns are a superb choice.

NB - we do clearly advise as per our T&Cs and your email receipt: You should NOT book in tradesmen until you have the goods in your possession and have checked the item(s) for damages etc and have also ensured that you are happy with your chosen item(s) thus allowing you sufficient time to swap or return any item(s) and for any missed or delayed deliveries. If you book tradesmen ahead of receiving and checking your goods you do so at your own risk.

Apologies again that the small parcel (valves) was late, we did dispatch on time and and subsequently attempt delivery on a few different occasions but there was no one present to take the parcel. You did eventually have someone there to receive the goods. Apologies again for the inconvenience.

Wrong radiators delivered then second attempt a day later than we agreed and on that delivery two radiators arrived. Radiators also not the same colour no stars

On investigation we can see that you were sent an incorrect item which was then swapped over for you, apologies for the inconvenience. We have no record of there being any issue with colour or anything similar, only the wrong item which we subsequently exchanged for the correct item. Wouldn’t match their own price from a few weeks before then offered an insulting discount of about £80 on a £1400 order so i bought else where for £500 less

On investigation we can see that we did put a discounted quote together for you but you didn't get back to us to discuss any further. It wasn't a price match you were looking for it was an old discount that was no longer live and unfortunately we cannot apply old discounts to new orders, we do always strive to get our customers the best possible deal but you didn't come back to us so we were unable to help any further.

The amount of packaging the radiator came in was ridiculous and the driver didn’t take the pallet or rubbish away with him!

The online ordering was fine, but from there it went down hill. Firstly there was an issue with the delivery companies hub! which resulted in the delivery being rescheduled to another agreed date. The next day (not the agreed delivery date) I them receive a call from the delivery company asking where am I as they are outside my house!!! Spoke to customer service who assured that the mistake sorted! The end result is that the delivery company lost my goods and I would have to wait another week for them to be delivered. I cancelled the order and currently chasing a full refund:( Would I use this company again, NO as it cost me two days holiday, rescheduling the plumber and a lot of stress with being mucked about.

We are genuinely very sorry that you have experienced a less than satisfactory service from the couriers, we promise that this is not our usual standard at all, we are equally unimpressed and a complaint has been duly raised with the courier company. We can confirm that your refund has already been processed by our accounts department, this usually takes 3-5 working days to clear onto your account depending on your bank or card company. Again, we are truly sorry for the failure on the part of the couriers.

Ordered a radiator about two weeks ago, still have not received it. Their phone seems to be not monitored, sent them few emails, they replied, but the issue has not been resolved.

Trade radiator dealt with my order promptly, unfortunately the radiator did not suit my needs. Returning an item to Trade radiators is poor, firstly there is no information on their website as to how to do this i had E mail them. Secondly i still have not received a refund despite them confirming they had received the item back and there were no issues. This was returned on he 23rd of April, so far i have had to phone their office on 4 occasions, each time i was assured that the refund was being processed, poor service, poor communication.

The reason our website directs you to contact us to arrange any returns is because there are variables with returns depending on the product type/size/height/weight etc so we look at each return individually and provide the appropriate instructions. The warehouse hadn't let us know in their usual timely manner that the goods had been checked back in and then the delay on the refund itself was my mistake, it was genuine human error so please accept my most sincere apologies. I promise this is not our usual standard of service and if you wish to make a future purchase please do call and ask for me and I will ensure you receive a generous discount. Sorry again. Just beware that the terms are "kerbside" delivery which can be difficult if you are in the city centre and don't get warned to come to the kerb for the delivery. Bit of a fail on delivery.

The delivery process is made really clear on our website, in our T&C's (which you agreed to when placing the order) and we also then remind you further still in your delivery date email. Radiator came damaged by courier and although it was reported in the correct time etc, as per the t&c, the matter still hasn't been resolved yet.

They didn't ! First order was delivered damaged (dented & scratched) and the 2nd order was found to be welded incorrectly and beyond use. Their supplier needs to improve its quality control.

Absolute bunch of amateurs. They sent out the wrong radiators. They phoned advising me of this and to reject the order only 5 minutes before the courier arrived, so he was thoroughly annoyed for an unnecessary journey with a large heavy item on board. Trade Radiators apologised and *confirmed* they had the correct sizes in stock said they would send them for an AM delivery the next day. I phoned them at 11:30am to chase the order only to find that they had not even bothered to send the new order So now I am out of pocket for the order and two days lost earnings. VERY VERY ANNOYED.

We're genuinely sorry that you experienced issues with your order order, which most definitely does not meet our usual standards and is not the quality of service that we want our customers to receive. We put our hands up, the issues were caused by total human error, firstly someone in the warehouse picked the wrong item and then they failed to dispatch the correct one when they were instructed to do so. This is highly unusual, however isn't good enough and please be assured that appropriate action was taken our side. The order was subsequently cancelled and refunded as per your request. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I ordered £2500 worth of radiators from them and without boring everyone with the details, they were a nightmare to deal with. Goods went to wrong address one day, the following day, after waiting all day for them, was told an accident on the road had delayed them....the third day was eventually told the courier "had lost" ! £2500 worth of radiators.....and worse of all, on EVERY SINGLE occasion I had to ring the office, spoke to a different member of staff EVERY time....and EVERY single time was told, "sorry sir, I understand your frustration and will look into that for you right away and call you back".... NOT ONCE, not a single occasion get I get a call back !!! Every single time I had to call again, an hour or so later, only to get a different member of staff waffle on about how sorry they were....Absolutely diabolical service, worse I have ever encountered from an online supplier. If your a project manager or site manager stay well clear of this company, the lack of customer service and the waffle excuses are tiresome and ultimately costly. Only good thing I can say about them is that I got my money back without having to speak to 4 people and get brushed off every time. Woeful.

First delivery failed due to the radiator being damaged. Arrived the next day - it had been thrown into the back of a van. A single person delivered it and due to the weight obviously couldn’t lift it. My husband, who already has spinal issues had to help lift it into the house - he is now in agony. Really poor service, we weren’t told that we had to lift it to get it into the house. No guarantee with the product which we will have to chase. Haven’t even fitted it yet so it’s fingers crossed!

I used trade radiators as they had an offer on their Quinn radiators, you received a free valve with every radiator. When my order arrived there were no valves? I phone them and was told the offer had ended. The offer was clearly on their web site when i ordered. I felt cheated and was very disappointed. I will not be using this company again. Be careful of their offers.

That particular offer was for a limited time only (while stock lasts) and your order was placed after the offer had ended. We do run amazing offers on different products on a regular basis but they, like any offers, do not run continually so it's always advisable to take advantage of one that suits your needs when you can rather waiting until the offer ends and missing out. Be afraid...... Be very afraid, if you try to deal with Julie in "customer services" shocking! Good fast delivery, incorrect dimensions in website, cheap & cheerful. You get what you pay for. Definitely the poorest after sales service of any company I've ever known. Oh. And poor reviews get removed. You have been warned.

We do not remove reviews from genuine customers. The only time we have ever had to remove a review is when the review has been fake and written by some who's never actually been a customer. Removing reviews is extremely rare and not something that easily be done and I can confirm we have only ever actually had to remove reviews from you, repeatedly, over years, using various different email addresses. I genuinely hope you find the professional help you need but it won't be here on a reviews website.
