I sent back my items back for a refund in April and i am still waiting fro my refund, and all i keep getting back from them is they are checking with the warehouse, bad returns system

Apologies for the inconvenience. Returns take time to come back and then be processed by the warehouse following which the refund instruction can then go through. Sorry that this took a little longer than usual, the warehouse were experiencing staff shortages.

Similar to previous reviewer. Ordered radiator 7th May and still awaiting contact from Courier Tuffnells, today (17th May) regarding a delivery date. Understand Trade Radiators need to investigate its whereabouts, which I queried with them 14th May, but disappointed to not have had any response. Seems to me they need to change their couriers. As the last reviewer points out an effort should be made to provide an immediate replacement, after all they are quick to take payment before delivery.

Ordered on 6 May 2021. Still not received my radiator and today it is 17 May 2021. I have chased several times and I’m told they can’t locate my radiator. Until they find it they say they can do nothing. I suggested they look after their customer and send me another immediately but they say their processes require them to investigate its whereabouts first. Of course they want to find it but meanwhile the customer suffers. I have no radiator and the additional cost of bringing my plumber back a second time to fit- assuming g it ever arrives

Great service but disappointed with poor quality product radiator received. I am expected to pay £24 for courier to return flimsy product with poor fixing design. Even the courier said it doesn't feel very much quality. Don't buy unless you are happy with product and have seen it before you purchase. Return charges are very expensive.

Sorry you weren't happy with the radiator Jema, we've genuinely not had any similar feedback regarding this range. Courier charges for returns are unfortunately unavoidable, sorry for the inconvenience.

I would not recommend anyone ordering a radiator from this company I have never received one! Despite numerous phone calls and promises of call backs that I never received then a replacement being dispatched and still not received!! Dreadful service

Ordered and paid for radiators. One radiator of 2 arrived 3 days later, when opened this was damaged also additional box with brackets did not arrive. Rang every day the following week, no news, calls never returned. I rang them daily, Seems second radiator and brackets have gone missing at delivery company. Asked for refund, packed damaged radiator for collection, rang company to y ask for collection of radiator, 3 days later have heard no more. Be very careful!!!!

Thanks for your review Stephen, albeit untrue. You ordered a silver radiator which you selected from the website (advertised, titled, shown and described as silver) as confirmed on your receipt, and we sent the correct item, the silver radiator you ordered online. Upon establishing you actually meant to order white, which that model is also available in, you called us to shout at our Customer Service Representative who was trying to help you by explaining that we did send you the correct item and that we would be happy to exchange it for you. We are collecting the item and will be issuing a full refund once it is received back and checked over. The service we provided was polite and helpful at all times.

Well lets see, I bought a heated towel rail at a cost of £219.00 which arrived quickly but damaged and unusable, I called to advise, to be told they would collect it the following Monday, so I changed my working day for another, It was not and still has not been collected and cannot get a refund until it is returned bearing in mind I have a contractor on site waiting to fit a radiator, I have had to buy another from a different supplier. So pretty poor actually !!!

Ordered a towel rail and heating element but arrived with no fluid - that costs extra! Told by customer ‘service’ that I hadn’t ordered it as an electric radiator even though there was an electric element on the order! Bathroom project delayed as a result. Be careful with these people.

Thanks for your review, as you are aware, you didn't order the towel rail as electric but as standard, then you ordered a completely separate element. The separate element would of course allow you to convert the rail to electric with a 'fluid filling conversion kit' (which you didn't order). When we explained this to try and help you, you became very angry and aggressive insisting that it was our fault and not an ordering error on your part, which you then latterly apologised for upon realising it was in fact your own error.

Bought some cast iron radiators 10 years ago to add to 13 other radiators in my house ranging 1-25 years old at the time. Literally 1 month after the warranty period ended (10yrs) I noticed significant areas of rust and leakage on the floor below both radiators. After a lot of 'back and forth' with the company they blamed the inhibitor levels which is nonsense since only these two out of 15 rads have failed. I wouldn't bother with this company - they won't accept any responsibility for their poor quality radiators.

We provide detailed and clear installation and system instructions for all cast iron orders as the care and maintenance of this type of radiator with regards to your system is really important. We had an independent test carried out for you by Fernox who confirmed that there was in fact no inhibitor in your system which can be damaging to any radiators and especially cast iron (due to the way they are hand made and joined). The absence of inhibitor meant that the guarantee was then invalid. This is all covered in detail and all paperwork provided by email when you order to ensure you have everything you need to care for your radiators and keep your system healthy. The quality of the radiators is second to none, they are deteriorating inside due to the lack of protection (inhibitor) in the system. We are sorry this has happened but we do provide you with all the correct information to ensure it doesn't.

Mr towel rail didn’t arrive, only thermostat. A week later I have been told that they will send another one, but haven’t received it yet.

Ordered 3 stelrad radiators received 3 henrad radiators different style to existing radiators 2 of them had bent covers disappointing .

Thanks for your review. Our Stelrad radiators are indeed Stelrad, the range is called Henrad which are manufactured by Stelrad. Any issues (including damages) should be reported to our Customer Service team to allow us the opportunity to replace any damaged parts or items for you. We would have replaced the items right away had we been given the opportunity. Apologies for your inconvenience.

Thanks for your review. On checking your order you didn't reply to our email asking which date you would like for delivery (this is the process for all cast iron deliveries) but after we sent a further email to chase you did get back to us that time and we got you all booked in.

I haven’t received the goods yet and have no updates/ correspondence with regards to my order, apparently can’t track until out for delivery. Order around 26/01 give or take but heard nothing, just an email to tell me it has been dispatched?

Radiator is fine however the problem is with delivery, firstly no contact from anyone saying when it was going to arrive then it arrived and was left on the doorstep all day as no one was home (again because no notice of when it was coming) luckily someone honest took it in and gave it to us the following day but could have just as easily stolen it.

Sorry you weren't in to receive the delivery and our apologies for the inconvenience of the driver leaving the item for you, rather than returning it to the depot. This should only happen if the item can be left in a 'safe place' so apologies if it is not indeed safe there.

Our sincere apologies Paul, you have been sent a dispatch notification. Delays are not uncommon at the moment for many reasons including port delays, struggling logistic networks etc due to COVID and BREXIT and we do make customers aware of this when we provide an ETA on out of stock items, that the ETA can be subject to change and more so at the moment for the reasons above. We are really sorry that the item arriving slightly later than initially anticipated has caused you inconvenience. The ETA given was end of Jan and your actual delivery will be 4th Feb.

This is an extremely surprising review, we have checked and the last order you had with us was over 2 years ago and there were no issues of any kind with your orders, all of which you placed online and not with our sales team over the phone. Is it possible that this review may have been intended for another retailer? If not then we would appreciate it if you contacted our Operations Manager Julie to discuss your comments as we are more than a little surprised/confused and we would absolutely insist on investigating this thoroughly.
