Delivery has gone missing twice and the second time I got someone else’s delivery by mistake and still 10 days later it’s still here

Sincere apologies that this happened, during lockdown the couriers were really struggling with driver/staff shortages due to COVID and at times logistics fell short of our usual standards for which we are truly sorry. The missing parcels were fully refunded as requested. Sorry again for the inconvenience, this is really not our usual standard of service at all.

Ordered a radiator and it turned up but was the wrong thing and the one I wanted has actually been discontinued. This has cost me time and money with extra plumber time. Not impressed and I wouldn’t use the company again.

Ordered some radiator valves for an installation and they never arrived. Said it would be 1-2 working days we are now 10 working days and never showed up. I had to order some others next day delivery from another store to make sure the heating engineer had them in time at a greater expense. This company did refund me but they should reconsider their shipping methods.

Still waiting for two radiators after 2 months first ones delivered as shown in picture after 2 months still no replacements and they have my money. Total nightmare of a company completely fobbed on every call.

Very annoying their 3 day refunds/damaged goods policy. Not ideal for renovations, opened the box today and huge dent in the pipe work. Can only assume that they’ve written this into their terms and conditions because it happens more often than not.

Our delivery never showed up on day assigned. No communication from your company. I called twice, no update. We waited in all day. I called the next morning as no one got in touch as promised, whilst still waiting for an update the radiators arrived! I called to ask for some sort of compensation.... “I’ll ask a manager and get back“..., unsurprisingly they never called me back, disgusting. The fittings in the rads are shocking too, the bolts holding on the brackets won’t secure!! Avoid this company!!!!

Really poor service told two parcels were arriving today only one received, the other is now coming Friday of next really poor communication from the company and no real form of apology. This place need to get there suppliers in order

Ordered my parts, parts then didn’t turn up a week later. Email to find out where my purchase was to find out that the parts are not in until 2nd week October. Would of been great to be notified on long lead items, or even contacted to be updated.

Poor quality poor standards poor service Damaged goods delivery between 10-14days wrong item delivered then had to chase up collection no email or other communication to say when delivery was arriving

The radiator was delivered within the given timescales on our website for this product (supplied with tracking email which bounced as your mailbox was full) but unfortunately had some transit damage for which we are truly sorry. You asked for a full refund which we obliged, sorry again for the inconvenience.

Quick delivery and product looks good, however the wrong colour radiator was in the box so didn’t match the other one ordered. 2 weeks later, numerous emails and calls and still no further forward, delaying progress of the extension now. Keep getting told you are looking into it but no one gets back to me.

The radiator arrived damaged. I had already removed the old radiator when I discovered the replacement was damaged. I left the the valves closed whilst waiting for the replacement. One of the valves leaked ruining £500 flooring and my kitchen ceiling. I am still waiting on the replacement radiator 😡

Sorry to hear this Gillian, we do state very clearly that you must check items for damages and not start work re the radiator or book tradesman until you have received and checked the goods. We ordered a replacement for you as soon as you let us know which does take a few days as you are aware. We are really sorry about the inconvenience but it is your responsibility to check the goods and if you book tradesman or start work beforehand you do so at your own risk for reasons exactly like the situation you have unfortunately found yourself in. We are replacing the item for you and feel your review is more than a little unfair. NB - the leaking valves were not purchased from us, if there is an issue with the valves you should take this up with the company you bought them from.

Hi Deborah, you haven't actually ordered a radiator from us, only valves which were dispatched/delivered within 24 hrs, so you may have posted this negative review on here by mistake (intended for whoever you have ordered the rad from, not us). Best advice would be to contact the company you ordered the rad from and check the status of your order. First port of call should always be the Customer Service department.

Very unreliable company. They promise delivery for items not included in initial order but do not keep promises. They do not return phone calls, and when queried, want names of whom you spoke to rather than addressing the problem. I have had three promises made about delivery, and each one was broken, to the extent that my heating installers have left in the middle of my installation and asked me to rebook AFTER I have physically received the missing radiators.

Thanks for your review Asif. We have checked and it's not that anything was missing or promised but that you had 2 radiators on back order which you were fully aware of when placing the order. You asked us to dispatch the rest of the order right away and wanted to wait on the further 2. The 2 back order items came in only slightly later than the expected time and were dispatched right away, you were aware that delays are not unusual due to COVID effecting shipping containers and logistics. We only confirm customer delivery dates once the goods are physically being dispatched to you and we did this on both occasions. We do not ever promise anything until we can physically deliver at which point we provide you with delivery tracking info. We are really sorry that you had tradesmen in without having all of the products, we do advise against this (booking tradesmen without goods) for this very reason and in case you may have measured wrong or ordered incorrectly which you may not realise until you have the goods there.

ordered standard type radiator in stock on the 16/6. Payment taken on the 17/6. Advised rad dispatched on the 23/6. It is now the 2th of July, and I am still waiting for a delivery! Spoke to customer services twice, with a different excuse each time.
