I purchased the DQ Moto, Designer Horizontal Radiator, Aluminium, White, 600mm x 955mm a couple of months ago and have only just had it fitted. The caps at the top are plastic and make the item look very inexpensive, particularly as 3 of them don't fit properly. There is no mention of plastic fittings in the description and I have asked Trade Radiators to update this. Had I opened the box when I first received the item, I would've returned it as it just looks cheap. Kim at Trade has been extremely helpful and can't fault her but the description should be accurate on an item which is quite expensive and described as "designer". Very misleading.

Thanks for this Lizzie. We have checked and you had the radiator for 6 months before before contacting us to say you were not happy with some aesthetic aspects of it. We have a 30 day money back guarantee where customers can return or exchange any item if they change their mind or decide they don't like the look/style/colour etc. The radiator you have is exactly as shown on our website. Despite you having the item for over 6 months, we subsequently gave you a generous discount refund which we didn't need to do in this situation, but we want help our customers as much as we can.

Thanks for your review Gavin, it seems our emails may have been going into your spam/junk folder as we have definitely kept you informed. The radiators you ordered were out of stock at the time of ordering (as shown on the website when you placed your order), we also emailed you the same day just to remind you that they were not in stock and as shown online, stock was due at the end of February. Following this the radiators came back into stock sooner than expected and were dispatched to you on Friday morning, again, an email was sent to you to confirm this. I am not happy with the sticker for numbers on the valve, looks very bad quality, not ok for this price, how about metal inside no idea, let's see.

Bought 7 radiators and valves to match. Spent over 2000 pounds and 3 of them were defective. They only gave me £100 off. They did offer a return/ exchange but I had already rearranged a plumber several times because of delays on delivery. This has pushed my house renovation time line back by 1 month

Hi Shariqa, having looked at your order we can see that there was no delay on this. It was delivered on a next day service as advertised. As you mentioned, we did offer to get replacements sent straight out to you which you declined in favour of the partial refund offered. Apologies none the less for the inconvenience.

In all honesty It’s the worst buying or selling experience I’ve had on the internet. I understand that a lot of it was down to the suppliers/couriers but it just felt like one long episode of chucklevision, and in the end I felt sorry for Yasmin to have to try and justify it. I’m going to give the benefit of the doubt and not leave a bad review anywhere else.

Ordered radiator on 5th of October, wasn't delivered for 2 weeks now. Still waiting for money refund, but was told that they are still in the process of searching for this order, so probably another 2 weeks waiting Not only they didn't delivered but also did not refunded so now I cannot buy another one as they keep my money. Needed to reschedule my plumber, Not impressed at all Will never use this website again

I selected a radiator that appeared in the 'Next Day Delivery' filter within the website. Spoke to an advisor who assured me that if placed by 2pm, the order would be received the next day. Really disappointed to find that the radiator is not going to be shipped next day. Spoke to a particularly unhelpful advisor whose message was basically 'it is what it is, the website is wrong'. Poor service, I can't recommend this business.

Don't trust the photos that they have on there website or expect any good customer service from them. We ordered what looked like a standard grey colour radiator for it to only arrive as a very light blue grey product. When we asked to get it changed (not refunded) they refused as they said "colours may vary" on there website. There are so many compaines around, recemond avoiding unless you order white (i guess ?)

Fittings are really poor quality, you'll need several rolls of PTFE!!! Takes so long to assemble because of the fittings it's worth paying more for better quality

Hi Andrew, sorry you were not happy. The quality of the Nordic radiators is excellent, all radiators should be installed by a qualified plumber or heating engineer and not by the customer (as this invalidates the warranty) and the feedback we get from tradespeople is fantastic. We've had no contact from you on the order to let us know you had an issue, we would always look into any problems and resolve them right away, given the opportunity to do so, we are here to help.

Ordered towel rail 3 weeks ago. Still hasn't arrived. Called for an update 5 times kept getting told awaiting for update from courier. Asked for a refund but will have to wait for 'update from courier'. Bathroom job and plumber on hold. Won't use again.

We have polished radiators that we brought from this company a few years ago, had terrible experience with the radiator itself, hard to clean, they started to rust so we had to have them re polished, only for it to happen again! As soon as dust settles it's impossible to get off! They have cost us an absolute fortune and they look terrible!

Ordered 2 radiators + valves in the website. Next day they emailed me saying both out of stock but they sent the valves anyway. 15 days later, we are still waiting for the refund and they sent me emails to make a review. So here it is.

Apologies for the radiators being out of stock, there is a short time delay between the warehouse updating the stock system and this then feeding through to our website and your order must have come through during that period. They should have been refunded as soon as you asked but there was a delay with this which, upon investigation, was due to human error, we are very sorry about this. Everything has now been rectified and fully refunded for you. If you would like to order again at any point we will ensure you receive a generous discount by way of an apology. Sorry again.

We received a damaged radiator from this company. We sent proof of the damage and have phoned and have been refused a refund or replacement (which is actually against the Consumer Rights Act). However, they did not seem interested. Instead, we were 'offered' a small discount to order a new one after spending over £400! We have never had issues with returning faulty items to any company before but we would NOT ever recommend this company to anyone based on this again.

As you are fully aware, you had the radiator for over a month on your property, then tried to claim it arrived damaged despite the packaging being intact and the radiator now looking like it'd had something (albeit accidentally) dropped on it or bumped against it, which could easily have happened during the time that work that was being done on the property. Faults and damages are 2 very different things as we have explained to you, faults are covered by decade long guarantee periods, damages are not and must be dealt with in a reasonable timescale. The reason is that damage could have (and in this instance clearly did) happen while the goods were in your possession for an extended period of time. We didn't do anything wrong legally or otherwise and tried to help you. Trolling our social media and having your friends do the same was particularly low. Our Ops Manager did replace the item for you, however whilst being clear that you were NOT entitled to a replacement of any kind, this was purely at our own discretion (as confirmed by Trading Standards) to bring the matter to a close.

You didn’t have stock of something I ordered. I called twice and only on second call was made aware of this. Bit of a poor customer experience as I had plumber booked that I will now need to change.

Hi Nick, we did email you immediately upon placing the order to notify you that the item was out of stock, we do this with all orders containing any OOS items. The email gave you the option to leave the item on back order if you wished and we also gave you an alternative product suggestion, we didn't get a reply from you so the item was left on back order, as per our email. Gave me a price, then put price up due to their mistake.... Supplied different coloured mounting brackets and told me to paint them.... Delivery info and tracking non existant, kept phoning and being told delivery is today for 3 days in a row.....7 days now and still no radiator.....will not be ordering again......

Thanks for your review Damon. You spoke with Jade who apologised for initially giving you the incorrect price, she quoted the 1800x464 instead of 464x1800 and called you back right away to advise, sorry about this mistake. Jade also let you know (before ordering) that the brackets for the white radiator were out of stock and gave you the option to have grey ones instead which you instructed us to go ahead with for you (painting them is not necessary but of course you could do this if you wanted to). Please accept our apologies for the delayed delivery, the courier networks are under more pressure than usual at present so delays, unfortunately, are not unusual across all industries due to COVID, Brexit and driver shortages. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience.

Purchased a bronze-coloured vertical radiator. Loved the colour but it was not made clear on the website or when I phoned up to order that there would be black marks down the front of the tubes. When I contacted customer service I was informed that it was to be expected and there was nothing they could do. If I had been informed before purchase I would not have bought as its a feature in the room and looks silly. An expensive mistake and poor response from custimer service.

Sorry the finish was not as you'd imagined. The 'brass lacquer' finish you ordered is a clear lacquer over a raw metal radiator, it's not paint (which hides all the natural manufacturing lines on the radiator). We do have clear images on the website to show this. It's a very striking and stylish finish which is guaranteed to be admired and much complimented.
