Bought radiator valves with 8mm fitting as advertised to replace ones i already had fitted. But was sent 15mm valves instead with 8mm reducers which is not what i ordered.

Sorry you were unhappy at how they were provided, this is usual though as the parts are made for this very purpose so were correct.

Order was wrong ? Only got half of my order ?? Packaging was excellent and all seems good quality but my customer was let down by poor order ?? Had to shop elsewhere delivery took ages too unfortunately.. don’t like to put anyone down but I ordered 4 radiators got two and when I emailed company didn’t even get reply ... dissatisfied and disappointed.. I know these errors can occur but not even a word or apology

Looks like you have confused us with a different order with a different company as we had an order that you placed online for 2 radiators, this order was duly fulfilled/delivered 100% correctly. We haven't received any emails or calls from you regarding the order. Seems there may be some confusion your side. Please do let us know if we can help you in anyway but there was no error on our part.

The wrong product was delivered and I'm still waiting for a response on how to exchange. Not impressed with the service at all.

Had a black double skin rad fitted. Should have come with a weight warning! Must weigh at least 20 kilos so we had to have the wall reinforced at an extra cost. Now fitted it doesn't get that warm. Will not purchase from this site again.

Thanks for your review, we are sorry to hear you're not happy, you hadn't contacted us regarding any of the above. The radiator you have is a double 600x1020mm and a wall mounted radiator which is fairly average in size/weight. If the radiator isn't heating up fully then the valves may have been put on the wrong way round, the TRV (head/control) should always be fitted on the flow side (where the water goes into the radiator) and the lockshield on the return side (where the water leaves the radiator). The plumber should always fit valves this way and if they haven't the radiator may not heat properly. This is easily corrected by the installer. Thanks for your review. The radiator was delivered precisely on time and as advised. If for any reason you are not happy with the item we have a 28 days returns period, if you do wish to return the item please contact our customer service team who can arrange this for you. Also if there are any issues with the item, again this should be reported to our customer service team. You haven't contacted us about anything so we are not aware of any problems of any kind.

I ordered a 1400 x 450 towel rail. What I got was a 1400 x 500 towel rail. Unfortunately I didn't notice the error until I was on the job, meaning I had the additional work of moving the pipes. Not a great first experience with Trade Radiators

Sorry to hear you received a slightly bigger item. We would have swapped this the very next day for you but you didn't let us know or give us the opportunity to rectify this for you. It was most likely a simple human error at the warehouse (for which we apologise) which we could've quickly and easily rectified for you within 24 hours, had you let us know.

I ordered 2 radiators in stock told 2-5 working days. Took over 2 weeks and only 1 radiator was delivered .

Delivery has gone missing twice and the second time I got someone else’s delivery by mistake and still 10 days later it’s still here

Ordered a radiator and it turned up but was the wrong thing and the one I wanted has actually been discontinued. This has cost me time and money with extra plumber time. Not impressed and I wouldn’t use the company again.

Ordered some radiator valves for an installation and they never arrived. Said it would be 1-2 working days we are now 10 working days and never showed up. I had to order some others next day delivery from another store to make sure the heating engineer had them in time at a greater expense. This company did refund me but they should reconsider their shipping methods.

Still waiting for two radiators after 2 months first ones delivered as shown in picture after 2 months still no replacements and they have my money. Total nightmare of a company completely fobbed on every call.

Very annoying their 3 day refunds/damaged goods policy. Not ideal for renovations, opened the box today and huge dent in the pipe work. Can only assume that they’ve written this into their terms and conditions because it happens more often than not.

Our delivery never showed up on day assigned. No communication from your company. I called twice, no update. We waited in all day. I called the next morning as no one got in touch as promised, whilst still waiting for an update the radiators arrived! I called to ask for some sort of compensation.... “I’ll ask a manager and get back“..., unsurprisingly they never called me back, disgusting. The fittings in the rads are shocking too, the bolts holding on the brackets won’t secure!! Avoid this company!!!!

Really poor service told two parcels were arriving today only one received, the other is now coming Friday of next really poor communication from the company and no real form of apology. This place need to get there suppliers in order
