“When the package arrived there was substantial damage to the box, this looked long-standing (ie. not caused by the delivery) so had to note this on delivery acceptance and quickly unpack and check the area where the package damaged - all OK. It's only when I unpacked the entire radiator about a week later when my plumber was present that I noticed quite a few small scratches to the surface, not enough to warrant returning the item, but I will need to apply a wee bit of paint to cover those that can be seen from in the room. My plumber was totally unimpressed by the fittings "for a great big heavy radiator, the holes in the brackets are far too close together". Having said that, the radiator looks very good now it's in (as long as you ignore the odd scratch.)”

“Sometimes you cannot tell if an item is faulty until you try it. In this instance the Smart Thermostat ic Element I had ordered with the towel radiator gave me all sorts of coloured lights but sadly no heat! An explanatory email to Trade Radiators and a replacement was dispatched immediately. It is so nice to find a company with this customer focussed mentality. Don't bother looking around for a lower price , their prices are very competitive , so add the service factor and you are simply not going to be disappointed.”

“Its installation was straightforward, the plumber commented it was well made, substantial and of excellent quality, he added that the price paid was very competetive and that he could not have purchased it for less. Its now in operation and we look forward to a winter with warm towels.”

“I always feel that when you run into a problem a it's much better test of a company than when everything runs to plan. I my particular instance, even after a break down communication, the team at Trade Radiators went the extra mile to ensure that I got the replacement cover panel I needed, even sending a second replacement without question when the first went astray. Their prices are good, the items were as described and well packed, and arrived when expected. As another review commented their live chat facility and telephone support was really good, and I'd be happy to recommend them.”

“Purchased one of your 3 column radiators and the service that I received from start to finish was exemplary. Being able to call customer services and speak to someone without being held in a cue for ages is great, in addition on each occasion that I called my query was dealt with efficiently by someone that clearly had knowledge of the product. I have difficulty rating this company as 5 star and recommend them without hesitation. If more companies provided this standard of service the world would be a stress free place.”
