“Ordered my towel radiator at 13:00 hours on Monday received it less than 24 hours later. I was kept informed by text that the radiator was in transit and given a delivery time. Fantastic service well done”

“Delivery was very quick, although the valves were sent separately and delivered the next day. The Pisa towel rail replaced an expensive chrome one and has improved the room temperature significantly making this room much more pleasant to use. The only criticism would be that of the four brackets for the towel rail there were three "R" and one "L" - not a problem as I merely inverted one.”

“I am a builder who often has tight timescales. Many online companies state that products are 'in stock' even though things change once you've placed the order. Honesty when ordering is paramount to me and my first experience with this company was fantastic. I sent a message over the chat box and I recieved a reply early the next morning. I order immediately over the phone and was told that I would recieve the items the next day. I arrived home the next day to find the items in the designated place. I will using and recommending this company.......well done all !!!!”

“I was recommended Trade Radiators from a woman's interior design blog that I follow. I saw on the blog some radiators which I liked and enquired as to where she had purchased them. The prices are excellent and the radiator looks great. I have not installed it yet but will soon. My plumber friend was very pleased with it. I also ordered valves and they look great as well!”

“Absolute bunch of amateurs. They sent out the wrong radiators. They phoned advising me of this and to reject the order only 5 minutes before the courier arrived, so he was thoroughly annoyed for an unnecessary journey with a large heavy item on board. Trade Radiators apologised and *confirmed* they had the correct sizes in stock said they would send them for an AM delivery the next day. I phoned them at 11:30am to chase the order only to find that they had not even bothered to send the new order So now I am out of pocket for the order and two days lost earnings. VERY VERY ANNOYED.”

We're genuinely sorry that you experienced issues with your order order, which most definitely does not meet our usual standards and is not the quality of service that we want our customers to receive. We put our hands up, the issues were caused by total human error, firstly someone in the warehouse picked the wrong item and then they failed to dispatch the correct one when they were instructed to do so. This is highly unusual, however isn't good enough and please be assured that appropriate action was taken our side. The order was subsequently cancelled and refunded as per your request. Apologies again for the inconvenience.
