“I gave a 5* rating when I bought 2 radiators last year, based on price and service. But the real measure of a service company is their reaction when things go wrong. One of the radiators started to leak. Trade radiators agreed a replacement without quibble. Since the original design was no longer available they also agreed to replace both of my radiators, even though one of them was not faulty. The sales staff were patience personified in dealing with my ignorance in trying to find suitable replacements. Delivery was again prompt, and they even made a decent contribution to the fitting of these replacement radiators. Trade Radiators has great confidence in it's products, and is prepared to back that up with a thorough guarantee. My experience means that I will go straight back to them when I need radiators in the future, and I urge everyone else to do the same.”

Hi Nicola, I'm sorry you feel that any part of your order process has been unacceptable. I would just to clarify, the radiators you ordered were marked as out of stock online (due end of October) when you placed the order, so you were aware at the time of ordering and were happy for the items to be left on back order. The due date has not changed, the goods are still due in at the end of October and as previously advised, you will receive a delivery notification email as soon as we have the items back in stock.
