Bought some cast iron radiators 10 years ago to add to 13 other radiators in my house ranging 1-25 years old at the time. Literally 1 month after the warranty period ended (10yrs) I noticed significant areas of rust and leakage on the floor below both radiators. After a lot of 'back and forth' with the company they blamed the inhibitor levels which is nonsense since only these two out of 15 rads have failed. I wouldn't bother with this company - they won't accept any responsibility for their poor quality radiators.

We provide detailed and clear installation and system instructions for all cast iron orders as the care and maintenance of this type of radiator with regards to your system is really important. We had an independent test carried out for you by Fernox who confirmed that there was in fact no inhibitor in your system which can be damaging to any radiators and especially cast iron (due to the way they are hand made and joined). The absence of inhibitor meant that the guarantee was then invalid. This is all covered in detail and all paperwork provided by email when you order to ensure you have everything you need to care for your radiators and keep your system healthy. The quality of the radiators is second to none, they are deteriorating inside due to the lack of protection (inhibitor) in the system. We are sorry this has happened but we do provide you with all the correct information to ensure it doesn't.

I have been sent a towel radiator that my fitter believes is second hand. I have tried over several days to call you but been unable to get through, I sent an email 2 days ago but not had a reply - now you ask me to write a review?? Please contact me ASAP. Jamie Gilroy NR13 4NE

Mr towel rail didn’t arrive, only thermostat. A week later I have been told that they will send another one, but haven’t received it yet.

Ordered 3 stelrad radiators received 3 henrad radiators different style to existing radiators 2 of them had bent covers disappointing .

Thanks for your review. Our Stelrad radiators are indeed Stelrad, the range is called Henrad which are manufactured by Stelrad. Any issues (including damages) should be reported to our Customer Service team to allow us the opportunity to replace any damaged parts or items for you. We would have replaced the items right away had we been given the opportunity. Apologies for your inconvenience.

Thanks for your review. On checking your order you didn't reply to our email asking which date you would like for delivery (this is the process for all cast iron deliveries) but after we sent a further email to chase you did get back to us that time and we got you all booked in.

I haven’t received the goods yet and have no updates/ correspondence with regards to my order, apparently can’t track until out for delivery. Order around 26/01 give or take but heard nothing, just an email to tell me it has been dispatched?

Radiator is fine however the problem is with delivery, firstly no contact from anyone saying when it was going to arrive then it arrived and was left on the doorstep all day as no one was home (again because no notice of when it was coming) luckily someone honest took it in and gave it to us the following day but could have just as easily stolen it.

Thank you for your review. We did email you dispatch notification including tracking information for your delivery. Sorry you weren't in to receive the delivery and our apologies for the inconvenience of the driver leaving the item for you, rather than returning it to the depot. This should only happen if the item can be left in a 'safe place' so apologies if it is not indeed safe there.

Our sincere apologies Paul, you have been sent a dispatch notification. Delays are not uncommon at the moment for many reasons including port delays, struggling logistic networks etc due to COVID and BREXIT and we do make customers aware of this when we provide an ETA on out of stock items, that the ETA can be subject to change and more so at the moment for the reasons above. We are really sorry that the item arriving slightly later than initially anticipated has caused you inconvenience. The ETA given was end of Jan and your actual delivery will be 4th Feb.

This is an extremely surprising review, we have checked and the last order you had with us was over 2 years ago and there were no issues of any kind with your orders, all of which you placed online and not with our sales team over the phone. Is it possible that this review may have been intended for another retailer? If not then we would appreciate it if you contacted our Operations Manager Julie to discuss your comments as we are more than a little surprised/confused and we would absolutely insist on investigating this thoroughly. Bought radiator valves with 8mm fitting as advertised to replace ones i already had fitted. But was sent 15mm valves instead with 8mm reducers which is not what i ordered.

Order was wrong ? Only got half of my order ?? Packaging was excellent and all seems good quality but my customer was let down by poor order ?? Had to shop elsewhere delivery took ages too unfortunately.. don’t like to put anyone down but I ordered 4 radiators got two and when I emailed company didn’t even get reply ... dissatisfied and disappointed.. I know these errors can occur but not even a word or apology

Looks like you have confused us with a different order with a different company as we had an order that you placed online for 2 radiators, this order was duly fulfilled/delivered 100% correctly. We haven't received any emails or calls from you regarding the order. Seems there may be some confusion your side. Please do let us know if we can help you in anyway but there was no error on our part.

Had a black double skin rad fitted. Should have come with a weight warning! Must weigh at least 20 kilos so we had to have the wall reinforced at an extra cost. Now fitted it doesn't get that warm. Will not purchase from this site again.

Thanks for your review, we are sorry to hear you're not happy, you hadn't contacted us regarding any of the above. The radiator you have is a double 600x1020mm and a wall mounted radiator which is fairly average in size/weight. If the radiator isn't heating up fully then the valves may have been put on the wrong way round, the TRV (head/control) should always be fitted on the flow side (where the water goes into the radiator) and the lockshield on the return side (where the water leaves the radiator). The plumber should always fit valves this way and if they haven't the radiator may not heat properly. This is easily corrected by the installer. If for any reason you are not happy with the item we have a 28 days returns period, if you do wish to return the item please contact our customer service team who can arrange this for you. Also if there are any issues with the item, again this should be reported to our customer service team. You haven't contacted us about anything so we are not aware of any problems of any kind.

I ordered a 1400 x 450 towel rail. What I got was a 1400 x 500 towel rail. Unfortunately I didn't notice the error until I was on the job, meaning I had the additional work of moving the pipes. Not a great first experience with Trade Radiators

Sorry to hear you received a slightly bigger item. We would have swapped this the very next day for you but you didn't let us know or give us the opportunity to rectify this for you. It was most likely a simple human error at the warehouse (for which we apologise) which we could've quickly and easily rectified for you within 24 hours, had you let us know.

I ordered 2 radiators in stock told 2-5 working days. Took over 2 weeks and only 1 radiator was delivered .
