Purchased a bronze-coloured vertical radiator. Loved the colour but it was not made clear on the website or when I phoned up to order that there would be black marks down the front of the tubes. When I contacted customer service I was informed that it was to be expected and there was nothing they could do. If I had been informed before purchase I would not have bought as its a feature in the room and looks silly. An expensive mistake and poor response from custimer service.

Sorry the finish was not as you'd imagined. The 'brass lacquer' finish you ordered is a clear lacquer over a raw metal radiator, it's not paint (which hides all the natural manufacturing lines on the radiator). We do have clear images on the website to show this. It's a very striking and stylish finish which is guaranteed to be admired and much complimented.

Ordered on 5th September, then told there was no stock, waited a month for radiator to arrive, it arrived damaged. Arrange for a return and refund nobody collected, by this time credit card bill due. Radiator is now paid for, 2 wasted days off work so far as it is an all day delivery service could be anytime or not at all! Decided to wait for them to exchange, don't think I had a choice. Still waiting, delivery due this Monday 15th November. Wanted radiator in before the cold weather, now having to run a dehumidifier in my front room with no heating as is getting damp. My radiator now in the Black Friday deal but no compensation offered. Fingers crossed for Monday.........................

Hi Stephanie, thanks for your review. We did advise at the time of ordering that the radiator was out of stock and not due in until the end of September, it did arrive as anticipated and we arranged delivery with you at that time. Apologies that the item suffered some transit damage, we then had to wait a week or so for more stock. We did manage to deliver and collect and are sorry that it took longer than usual for this process. We also refunded you £30 at that time. Sorry again for the inconvenience.

My experience with trade radiators was to put it mildly was a disaster. Ordered a radiator to be delivered on 20th of September. That was a week late, when received my order radiator was fine. I also ordered other items to be sent. On opening up packaging attached to radiator item was missing after emails sent I was told missing item would arrive on Friday 8th of October after sitting in all day nothing arrived sent an email stating this. No Monday 11th October. After phoning this Morning asking to speak to manager was told she was on holiday. The person I spoke to contacted someone regarding my missing item. She then told they would investigate my order. Said she would contact me & this could take all day. This is after I have already sent images of what I received. So I find this company totally incompetent.

Thank you for your review Mr Williams, apologies again for the inconvenience, just to clarify: 21/9 - order placed for item(s) with a clearly stated 5-10 working day lead time. 4/10 - goods delivered (not late but within advertised timescale above). 5/10 - you advised missing items, we reported this to the warehouse immediately. 6/10 - you kindly sent us images as requested to verify what you had/hadn't received allowing us to establish that the element had come out of the packaging during transit. 7/10 - we dispatched a replacement element for you. Our apologies that the couriers were seemingly unable to deliver as planned on Friday, logistic networks UK wide are really struggling at the moment as reported daily on the news, the couriers have it out for delivery today (Monday). We are terribly sorry for the upset this has caused you. We have dealt with your query both quickly and efficiently at all times as customer service is of the utmost importance to us. Thank you.

I purchased a radiator which was not suitable. I have re-packaged it up as per their specific requirements (not stated on their website) and I have been waiting for a collection for over 3 weeks having stayed home all day several times only being given a 9-6pm slot for collection, every time it has failed with no contact despite passing my phone number being provided in case any issues arise. They are also requesting a fee for collection which was not stated on their website under returns information. I am still awaiting collection and refund.

Sorry the collection took so long, the couriers were really struggling over winter with driver shortages due to COVID, Brexit etc. We did eventually collect and refund you in full with no collection charge due to the inconvenience. Sorry again.

Unfortunately the next day delivery (before 2pm) doesn’t exist. I called multiple times to confirm my order, stock availability and delivery times and was told it is ready for dispatch for the next day. I have been told the website needs updating and has lots of incorrect information. However, this shouldn’t effect my order as I called up, spoke to the warehouse and emailed to confirm the availability and was told it will be dispatched for next day. Very frustrating as the bathroom tiling cannot continue until the radiator arrives which I’ve been told maybe well over a week.

9 days since placing my order, (despite the website stating next day delivery)I’ve still not received my bathroom radiator. Have rang every day this week and been told “the courier states it will be delivered today” and still not received it. Completely held up my bathroom install and no resolution in sight. Purchase elsewhere!!

Very poor service- nothing but stressful & delays galore! Ordered a bay window radiator from them, for a house renovation project, delivery day they lost my product in transit apparently & couldn’t locate it. Had to wait another week and a bit for a new delivery, had to push back carpet people, builder etc. Finally arrived no phone call, left the radiator on front of the house with all the rubbish, oh & yes to top it all the radiator had slight cosmetic damage.

Between Trade Radiators and the Courier Tuffnals you have somehow managed to lose my delivery. It has so far taken over a week to establish what has happened without any joy. I would have expected replacement item to have been delivered by now.

Thanks for your review. Sorry that you are unhappy with the item, we do have a 28 day returns period, just contact our Customer Service team who can arrange the return for you. Couriers have to do contactless delivery currently because of COVID so it's not faking a signature, it's simply the courier completing the required signature field on your behalf to ensure a safe and contactless delivery.

Received values. No radiator. No email to say why. Nothing in invoice. Had to call to be told a rad would be three or 4 weeks! But clearly states “in stock” on the website. Just be clear about lead times. 3-4 weeks is not in stock. Be honest!

To be honest I have no idea what the radiator I have ordered is like as after being told on three separate days that it will be delivered on that day, it has yet to appear. No reasons given.

I ordered two radiators which both arrived damaged. I was asked to email photos. When I heard nothing I phoned and was told they were waiting for their warehouse to review the photos. When I chased again I was told that the damage was only to the radiator trims and they would send them as spare parts when they were able to get them from the manufacturer. When I asked how long that would be they did not know!! I was no offered replacement radiators but was offered a refund, which I accepted. Again I didn't hear anything so I had to chase it up by phone again. I was told they were "processing" my refund but they couldn't tell me when I might receive it. After two weeks I threatened legal action and then received my refund the following day. They are the worst company I've dealt with in many years and the attitude of all the staff that answer the phones is curt, unhelpful and often verging on rude.

Apologies that there were damaged panels, these are easily replaced (for which we did provide a timescale) and you can go ahead and fit the radiators then simply clip them on afterwards. You refused this option and asked for the radiators to be collected and a full refund instead which we duly did for you. Returns take time to come back and then be processed by the warehouse following which the refund instruction can then go through, this is what happens with all returns and your own return followed the very same procedure. We did try our best for you but you were not happy with us for which we again apologise.

I sent back my items back for a refund in April and i am still waiting fro my refund, and all i keep getting back from them is they are checking with the warehouse, bad returns system

Similar to previous reviewer. Ordered radiator 7th May and still awaiting contact from Courier Tuffnells, today (17th May) regarding a delivery date. Understand Trade Radiators need to investigate its whereabouts, which I queried with them 14th May, but disappointed to not have had any response. Seems to me they need to change their couriers. As the last reviewer points out an effort should be made to provide an immediate replacement, after all they are quick to take payment before delivery.

Ordered on 6 May 2021. Still not received my radiator and today it is 17 May 2021. I have chased several times and I’m told they can’t locate my radiator. Until they find it they say they can do nothing. I suggested they look after their customer and send me another immediately but they say their processes require them to investigate its whereabouts first. Of course they want to find it but meanwhile the customer suffers. I have no radiator and the additional cost of bringing my plumber back a second time to fit- assuming g it ever arrives

Great service but disappointed with poor quality product radiator received. I am expected to pay £24 for courier to return flimsy product with poor fixing design. Even the courier said it doesn't feel very much quality. Don't buy unless you are happy with product and have seen it before you purchase. Return charges are very expensive.

I would not recommend anyone ordering a radiator from this company I have never received one! Despite numerous phone calls and promises of call backs that I never received then a replacement being dispatched and still not received!! Dreadful service

Ordered and paid for radiators. One radiator of 2 arrived 3 days later, when opened this was damaged also additional box with brackets did not arrive. Rang every day the following week, no news, calls never returned. I rang them daily, Seems second radiator and brackets have gone missing at delivery company. Asked for refund, packed damaged radiator for collection, rang company to y ask for collection of radiator, 3 days later have heard no more. Be very careful!!!!

Thanks for your review Stephen, albeit untrue. You ordered a silver radiator which you selected from the website (advertised, titled, shown and described as silver) as confirmed on your receipt, and we sent the correct item, the silver radiator you ordered online. Upon establishing you actually meant to order white, which that model is also available in, you called us to shout at our Customer Service Representative who was trying to help you by explaining that we did send you the correct item and that we would be happy to exchange it for you. We are collecting the item and will be issuing a full refund once it is received back and checked over. The service we provided was polite and helpful at all times.

Well lets see, I bought a heated towel rail at a cost of £219.00 which arrived quickly but damaged and unusable, I called to advise, to be told they would collect it the following Monday, so I changed my working day for another, It was not and still has not been collected and cannot get a refund until it is returned bearing in mind I have a contractor on site waiting to fit a radiator, I have had to buy another from a different supplier. So pretty poor actually !!!
