“All dealings with staff have been great. However, from my initial order of two towel rads plus thermostats one rad and two thermostats arrived on an agreed date. Though one of the thermostats was missing the correct adapter. A phone call sorted the missing items however, the day before delivery (Fri 10 Oct) DHL emailed to say my items were to be picked up!? I questioned this and sought confirmation. Received email to say id get a reply within 24hrs. No reply. Called this morning (10 Oct) to find out what was going on. Told it would be investigate and I’d get a reply today! Now 1030 PM … no reply!!”

“Good price. Radiator not beautiful but didn’t expect it to be. And the service was good. Had to wait a few days but it arrived on time and I spoke to real human beings regarding the delivery which was a pleasant change. It arrived when they said it would.”

“I purchased a radiator but the size was incorrect (my fault entirely) and they didn’t do the size I needed- Kim and team were really helpful and having returned the radiator to the depot as instructed I have just received an email to say a full refund will be made. Really great customer service - thank you.”

“I would go as far to say that this is the best company I have ever dealt with. Not only great prices and great products, but excellent customer services. I had an issue with one of my radiators slightly leaking over a year after purchase, they replaced it with no issue. Then I found out that when i disposed of the old one, I forgot to remove the tail pieces from the old radiator, my mistake, but yet they replaced this and no cost. I can’t rate this company enough.”

“Good range, quick delivery. Packaging on one radiator was damaged, and upon inspection found the radiator intact but mounting brackets were missing from the packaging. Contacted Trade Radiators by telephone and email and a set of the correct mounting brackets was delivered F.O.C. within 3 days. A good remedy to the delivery problem. Thank you.”
